I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Joy and her front receptionist! Ive had so many horrible experiences in the past with other optometrists that I was skeptical to get my eyes checked in the first place. Dr. Joy gave me an accurate diagnosis and prescription, and was so wonderful in explaining everything in laymans terms for me. Im not even from the area (I live in Little Rock, AR), but will plan my next exam around another trip to Dallas to visit my mother. :)

I previously had a not so great experience here. Once the staff was notified, they went out of their way to call me and discuss my dissatisfaction. In short, all prior issues were resolved in a more than satisfactory fashion. Ive been to this location 4-5 times and can genuinely say that besides providing great care, the staff truly care about their patients and their patient in-office experience. I wholeheartedly recommend US Vision for all your vision needs.

I took my 14-year-old son for a contact lens exam. The staff is extremely friendly and had so much patience when teaching my son how to put his contacts in and take them out. We saw Dr. Kurtin because Dr. Joy was on vacation. He was very friendly and explained things very well. The cost is very reasonable compared to other contact lens exams. Oh, and their state-of-the-art technology is amazing!

I went to see Dr. Joy this morning and was really happy with my visit. She took the time to make sure my prescription was correct. The staff was amazing and there was no hidden fees or question on the cost of my exam. The cost of the glasses, I will happily say that my pocket book will not have a dent in it. Will highly recommend Dr. Joy to my family and friends.

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Joy!! She was recommended by a friend, and I even got a discount for the referral. The exam was great and I felt like she truly cared about me as a patient. Had appointment at 6:00 pm rushing from work to get there which took me an hour from 635/ Coit Road. To get there and be told Dr already gone she thought appointment was at 5:45 the I received several texts stating 6pm. You would think she would have verify before leaving.

DR. JOY IS FANTASTIC. HER EQUIPMENT IS STATE OF THE ART. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE IN HER EQUIPMENT COMPARED TO MY OLD OPTOMETRIST. I WOULD TELL ANYONE AND EVERYONE WHO NEEDED AN EYE EXAMINE THAT THEY HAVE TO SEE HER, SHE IS THE BEST!!!!

The receptionist is by far one of the nicest people that I have ever met and doctor Joy was really nice - the state of the art equipment used also made me feel that I was getting by far the best eye exam I have gotten in my life to date
