0/5 rating. I use a different name for my Gmail review so that I dont hear any crap from the people that run this "business." I have heard they like to spread rumors around town. So if you work for this "business" and you are reading this and doing a search to see if I am a customer, you probably wont find me in your database, if you do find this name, its not me, this is an alias. So, here is the story with this "business." Anytime animal charities come knocking at their door, they are not home so to speak. They never give any monetary donations to help out any of the animal charities in Granbury or the surrounding areas. They do give one thing though, they give food donations, EXPIRED food donations. They are simply in it for the money, not the care for the animals. If for some reason you go into that place, stay with your animal at ALL times, the "care" for your fur baby is going to be nothing short of the Holocaust in terms of the way they will be treated. Hopefully they are not fed expired food if they stay over night. The people running the front desk act as if they are always tired! A clever idea, stop staying up the night before drinking and partying and then coming to work acting like you are some reality television show were you can act as though you have a bad hangover and your life is so terrible. Thats just the front desk personnel. Dont take my word for it though! Go in and experience the "fun" for yourself, then you will see. Now, I expect someone from the business will reply with a sarcastic comment about how they never have donated expired food, about how they always give to charity, about how the front desk personnel are always friendly and never would behave in such a manner. This would be the ploy I would use too if I were running a business that was only in it for the money and allow brain dead idiots to run the front desk. Try it out and see for yourself! Take your fur babies somewhere else, anywhere else for that matter.

I have used All Creatures for many years. I highly recommend them to any person looking for compassionate, affordable care for their furry family members. Dr. Marczak and Dr. Boeche are both very friendly, as well as very knowledgeable in both small and large animals (even some exotics). They tell me what is best for my fur baby, and explain it where I understand why its best for them. They are honest (even when its hard news to hear), and I trust their judgment. Their staff is very nice and helpful every time myself and my pets have been in their building. My experience with their hospital and boarding facility have been super!! Couldnt ask for a better place, and I trust them with all my pets needs.

HORRIBLE people. We have taken our 16 yr old dog here for years. They knew his medical history and current health issues with his lungs...when our dog was in distress we called to get him seen...only to be told they couldnt see him until Tuesday. My husband then told them he wasnt going to make it until Tuesday, and he was then told he could bring him in for an emergency visit that the cost would be 200 dollars. Needless to say LaPaloma was able to get our dog in immediately only to have to put him down within thirty minutes. Within 3 days after our loss LaPaloma sent us a card for our loss. I will NEVER take another animal to All Creatures.

I found the All Creatures Animal Hospital a wonderful place that did care for my cat. Of course I expected to pay, but the rates were reasonable compared to my doctors charges. The trained and certified professionals expended many hours study and many dollars to obtain the level of expertise they obviously had. I would not want care by a vet or staff less experienced and less professional Yet. . . they always had time to pet and comfort both my animal and me. I would recomend them with my whole heart.

Ive been going there for years now. Ive had more good than bad experiences and have referred several other people here. And, I have never felt like any of the Dr.s were just in it for the money. I do think they genuinely care about the animals. I will gladly drop anything I have going on no matter where I am to drive my dogs there. Odessa to Granbury isnt a short drive, but I trust All Creatures more than any other vet and will do what I have to if my dogs are in need.

Dr. Marczak has been seeing my pets for over 10 years now. Her and the staff have always been nothing but kind to my pets and me. They always take the time to answer any of my questions or concerns no mater how simple it might be. What I like the most is that Dr. Marczak will let me watch anything they do to my dogs even if they take them to the back or if its surgery.

For 15 years Dr. Mary Marczak has been our Veterinarian. She and her great staff have been wonderful to our dogs, cats and to us! We have recently moved from Granbury but we are going to continue to take our animals to All Creatures. Kent & Lisa Kilpatrick

Always extremely caring, kind and loving toward our rowdy pup. Shes had hip problems and the Dr. has called just to check on her. Weve also boarded our dog there dozens of times and have zero complaints. Grateful for this place!

I will never take my dogs back there again. Spent almost $300 for them.to tell me my dog has allergies. I will find another vet in town that actually cares for their patients.
