I give a rating of 1 star, because there is not an option for 0. I was referred to Dr. Lowe by my Main family doctor. I called his office this past Friday, 6/24/16 at 9:20 AM. I was trying to make an appointment. The phone rang for a while and then this individual answered the phone and was VERY rude. After a few seconds, he said he couldnt understand my English; I then asked to speak with someone else that could understand me and he said "Im the Doctor and I dont think Ill get along with you, I cant understand you and you probably dont even have insurance". He hang up the phone on me. I was so offended and just hurt the way he treated me. Im a professional that works in the Medical field and I would never think of missed treating a patient. This so called Dr. needs to have a little bit of compassion towards his patients and if he doesnt like foreign, he should say that up front. Ill make sure to report this to my insurance. There is NO WAY this man can be so rude and offensive to people. There are plenty of DC Doctors in the area that will love to have my business.

I cant believe the other review I mean not everybody can be perfect 100 % of the time but they have been for me. I hade the adjustment of a life time. Thanks Dr Lowe.
