I knew Dr. Schaffer was my childs pediatrician since the positive pregnancy test! He came to the hospital to check on her right after she was born in 2012. When she got dehydrated last year from a bad stomach flu, we were told to go to the new pediatric wing at TWH. When we got there, they were expecting us and we didnt wait one minute to be pulled back into triage. Once she was admitted, Dr. Schaffer made sure the staff took good care of her and they did. We get the same treatment at the doctors office. I can always rely on the staff to get me what I need. I called for a shot record and physician release for my childs school yesterday and Dulce had it over to me within minutes! Wouldnt take my daughter anywhere else for her medical care. :)

Extremely pleased with Pediatrics of Greater Houston. We love our pediatrician, Dr. Zeng. She is a very thurough, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. She really listens to my concerns which is reassuring. Staff is always upbeat and attentive. Wait time is not any longer then any other doctors office Ive been too. Dulce in check out is always friendly and helpful. Nursing staff is always supportive, kind and seem to be very experienced. Martha, Melissa & Yessenia, our favorite nurse, are always extra helpful and seem to genuinely care for their patients. Front desk staff always greets us with a smile. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for great pediatric care.

Great office and great staff! I have been coming to see the doctors in this office since I was a young girl and now I bring my own children here! Thats how much I love this place! I never write reviews but they definitely deserve it. Dr. Schaffer is hilarious and so dedicated to his practice. Michelle at the front desk is the sweetest woman, as well as Patricia in billing. Jennifer is always helpful and on top of her game with referrals. Martha and Yesenia are the most hard working and compassionate nurses I have ever encountered. I only have great things to say about this pediatric office! I highly recommend Pediatrics of Greater Houston!

We had to switch pediatricians, and my 6 year old has been having migraines and needed to start running some tests. We had our New Patient Consult with Dr. Gina Stephen. I called on a Monday morning and we were seen at 11am the same day. She listened and understood my concerns and the migraine history. She spent a considerable amount of time with us, and I never felt rushed. I was very pleased overall with the experience, and happy to have a pediatrician that I feel comfortable with since we moved to TX.

Very slow and inefficient service. Parking garage for the complex has outrageous prices. No books or anything for children in the waiting room. The secretaries are very unprepared and dont know what is going on and unhelpful. Both visits we went to, we had to be there for 2 hours each, and one was just for a flu shot. Doctor (not Suell) we met with made assumptions and said some very insensitive things. Would not go back. I recommend Texas Childrens Pediatrics. In the same area. They are great.

I cannot say enough good things about Pediatrics of Greater Houston. Quality patient care is the hallmark of this practice. We have been patients for 18 plus years and wish we could stay with this practice forever! The doctors, nurses, and staff have always gone above and beyond in caring for our children. When faced with an unusual hereditary disease, the practice did not stop until we had answers and a treatment plan. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

I have trusted my kids health in Dr Suells hands for 13 years. From my oldest(13), to my youngest(5); he has been there. From the hospital to yearly physicals to Saturday appointments and hospital stays, he has never left me looking for answers or feeling helpless. And awesome job to his staff and colleagues who have stepped in when needed and helped raise healthy kids. Couldnt have been blessed even more.

When you have sick kids the last think you want to deal with are fussy nurses and office clerks. I am happy I dont have to worry about that. I get great service with little wait time at Pediatrics of Greater Houston. The Doctors are always friendly and are very thorough. Great bedside manner, my kids love Dr. Schaffer and Dr. Suell. I cannot say enough good about them.

This is the worst clinic! My daughter first was being seen by dr.suell and he was the worst she doesnt pay attention to what you or saying and shes staff is very rude . So I changed her to dr. Stephen with no luck I asked if they Can clean by babys ear and it was like talking to the wall ... very rude staff also and the front desk or rude I will not go back....

My children and I love Dr. Schaffer and Dr. Suell. They have been extremely diligent, professional, kind, caring, and loving! I wont take my children to any other doctor! Dr. Schaffer made a special stop at the hospital to check on my son when he was 7 weeks old and in the hospital (he is now 3). I will never forget the extra time and care he provided him!

Dr. Suell has taken care of my son since he was 2 months old. He is now 8. I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Suell is kind, patient, thoughtful, and just great with kids. He is always cautious not to over-medicate and his judgment is beyond reproach. Cant recommend him more.

I have been taking my son with Dr. Suell since he was born, he just turned 1. He is really a good doctor and the nurses are wonderful also the lady at the front desk Michelle. The office is clean and the decorations look nice. They offer complementary valet parking.

its a good hospital but they have no respect for time. Had an appointment for 3:00pm and was only seen by 4:36pm. I have been going there for a while, so its not the first time. They need to work on that
