The manager of the office (Ms. Tila) for Dr. Sebastian Faro is very very rude. I had really very bad experience with her. I went to visit Dr. Faro one time. After few months I got sick. Then I called the office during the weekend and she refused for any help since I was there for only one time. Next time, few days ago, I went to the office being really really sick, she came back and told me this is not walk-ins system, to see the doctor, you have to have an appoinment. I tried to talk to her she did not help me, she kept insulting me. Then when I tried to talk to the doctor, she told me remember once you hang up the phone on me. I am the manager of the office, I make the rules, I run the office the doctor will not see you today. Make an appointment and come back. Ok, I gave the urine to the lab without any checkups of the lower part and came back with all the pains. And that stupid women told me they will not see me until the result comes back. I called their office on Tuesday to know my result and she picked up the phone and told me the doctor will not see me anymore. They sent the result to my regular doctor, I was like huh? I dont believe a Dr. will do that. It was that awful ladys decision. I never met an evil like her in my entire life. How rude a perosn could be when they are given authority and they abuses it. I pray to God, one day she or her family suffers from the same pain and the doctor refuse to see them, then she will have the realization what she had done to me.. My request to the doctor, please dont hire this kind of authority in the office for ruining the good reputations and throw the patients in danger.

Dr. Faro does an excellent job, he cares to take care of the root cause of the problem. He made sure to cure my health problems, I am forever thankful.
