I originally liked this place because of the Nurse Practitioner who I met on my initial visit. He was awesome, patient and very helpful. He wasnt there on my 3rd visit(not sure why). While Dr. Clyde McMorris seems like a good doctor and is very polite and knowledgeable. The staff their could care less about you. I honestly think they are just trying to process as many patients as they can and continue to accept new ones despite being at capacity. Issues that occurred: Waited for almost 2 hours after my appointment time. Referred to specialists that didnt take my insurance. Improper instructions on how to do certain tests by nurses. So I had to take another 2 days off of work to correctly do it and get the results. Unneeded appointments to refill prescriptions.

I had my first visit with Dr. McMorris today. The staff was very friendly and professional. Although I was about 30 minutes late being unfamiliar with the city, the Doctor And staff were still very patient and respectful towards me. After listening to my current health status Dr. McMorris solution was to share a natural remedy instead of immediately prescribing drugs. I will recommend this doctor to my family, friends, and co-workers.

My experience with McMorris was a horrible one to say the least. He treated me like a number and said very little (his interaction was one of lets hurry up and get you out of my office). Kept scheduling me to come back for something, 1. I knew I didnt have 2. that could have been done without three visits and trying rack up copay and insurance money. So I switched PCPs and the staff is not on top of their game either.

Best PCP that I have had in a long time. Very pleasant atmosphere. From the time you walk in to the time you leave. Dr. McMorris and his staff does an outstanding job to make you feel comfortable. What I like about Dr. McMorris service is that he takes his time with you in discussing your issues and he makes every effort in getting you the help you need. Friendly staff with great customer service.

Pure perfect. I guess you can say working at a physician office you expect the same treatment that you give. Lets start with the staff. Walking in you feel welcomed. Check-in was smooth process being that I was a new patient. Seeing Dr. McMorris was awsome I felt really comfortable speaking with him. Getting my blood drawn was cake walk. My Ekg process went well. Overall a great facility.

Dr. McMorris is Awesome ❤️❤️ !!! He is a great doctor, he funny , caring, and lovable .With me being Deaf/ Hard of Hearing , he take the time to make sure I understand everything ,I like the fact that he gave me his number that way , when I am ill or need emergency I can text him right away and he respond back on time..most doctor dont do this but to me he care and understand

I was able to book a new patient visit with ease and without having to wait. I was more than pleased with the staff. Dr. McMorris is very professional and throrough with his exam. My wait time was minimal. I will refer all who I know to this office. He is a great doctor with great staff, doing good in the community.

The staff is professional and friendly. Dr. McMorris is great. He provided solutions and keeps fresh records of progress. He has a good bedside manner and personal /practical understanding needed as a physician....especially when you are looking for "help"

Absolutely awful client service. No regard for confidentiality, time and quality of service. Will never be going back there, after two separate visits. Seemed to be very low quality and cheap care. I only went there for the convenience of the location.

Expect to wait a long time. Most patients dont have to worry about going back to work as they are on disability, but for the rest of us is a waste of time to be waiting an hour to be seen. Appointments do not matter here.
