I called to see what the wait time was & the receptionist said that no one was there so it shouldnt be very long. Whenever I got to the clinic there was nobody there. After filling out all the paperwork it still took OVER AN HOUR to be seen. I was seen by the doctor and he told me that he would send over an antibiotic, a nasal spray, an inhaler, and cough syrup to my pharmacy (across the street); it took over THREE HOURS for the doctors office to send over my prescription. After it was sent over the pharmacy called to let me know that the cough syrup was not covered by the insurance so I called the doctors office to let them know & also to ask if they could send another one that was. Whenever I went to pick up my prescription they sent over TWO nasal sprays, NO inhaler & also NEVET sent over the new prescription for the cough syrup. Now I am left having to wait AGAIN! You go to the doctors office because you are sick and NEED to be treated. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE SICK!! Update: the clinic sent over the WRONG medication AGAIN! They sent ANOTHER nasal spray and the WRONG fought syrup! Lets see how many times they have to send it over before they send over the CORRECT medication!

They arent fast. They arent personable. The doctor takes his time getting here. Currently sitting in the waiting room and there is only 3 people here including me on a Sunday. Still havent been seen by the doctor and he is here. No excuses at all. My son/child was very very sick. The only reason why I rate this 3 stars is because its brand new and clean.

My daughter was seen here on 2/25. I was very impressed with the treatment that she received and the entire staff was great!

The office is very clean and modern. Staff were very professional - I was in and out within 40 mins.
