This is the second time Ive had an appointment and when I get there (after sitting in the waiting room for 30 mins) they tell me my clear correct trays have not been delivered. Therefore I have just wasted my time. Im sorry but my appointments are set in the evening 4-5pm because I come straight after work. They should have known/notified me that they havent came in long before I get there. Or at least before I am told to be there by. I would understand if I had a morning appointment and they have not came in yet. Then I would have been maybe a little more understanding. But they have had numerous hours to get ahold of me in between that time frame. I work in the coldspring area and make the drive to Kingwood for my appointments. Therefore it takes me a good 45 minutes to get there not including traffic. Gas is not cheap. Especially when you drive a big truck. I am VERY disappointed because this could have been avoided both times. If youre doing invisalign/clear correct Id advice you to call ahead of time to make sure everything is there before you waste your time and gas. Unhappy customer and will be doing dentist work elsewhere from now on.

My wife went in for her 12:00 appointment and got there at 11:40am. She sat there until 12:30, watching multiple other people who were 30 minutes late for their appointments go in before her after arriving after her. I had an appt the following day at 10:45, so I arrived at 10:25 to fill out new patient paperwork. Not a person at the counter until someone walks out at 10:47. She hands me the 10 pages of paperwork to fill out, and I said forget it. I could have been filling it out the time I was sitting there without any acknowledgement. She explained that they were in a meeting, but all i heard in the 20 minutes I waited was laughter from the back. No respect for clients time at all. To top it all off, there was a new patient "special" for free teeth whitening. Claimed it was a $395 value. My wife got standard, non-custom tooth trays and a single syringe of whitening gel. $395 value??? False advertising. I will be going elsewhere and you should do the same!

I had many dental issues that made me soo embarassed to even go to the dentist. I had never felt so frightened,nervous,scared, ashamed, embarassed, and anxious all at the same time before as I was walking to the front door of the dental office after 10 years of not going. The second I walked through that door and was greeted by the staff at Made ya Smile I knew I had made the right decision. The Kingwood office was nothing but nice, caring, understanding, and truly passionate about what they do. Tricia was a life saver and there are no words can express how much I appreciate her and all her dedication through the entire process. The whole office staff welcomed me with open arms and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. I can not thank them enough. They truly changed my life and my self esteem. I highly recommend Made ya Smile to anyone who needs dental attention.

Dentist wasnt bad, but my Insurance Company got 7 Claims from them for only 3 teeth I had pulled and they knew the girl in their office wasnt filing the claims correctly but didnt take the time to notify me or even train the girl correctly before she started so it took me 2 hours to get this straightened out (which I wasnt getting paid for my time) and they also expected payment up front which was an over charge to me of $66 which took me almost 2 months to get back plus repeated phone calls to their main office to get back. They also DO NOT let you call the Dentist office your getting your teeth worked on at and who took your $, they have an answering service that is at their main office that handles ALL phone calls so you can not talk to the branch you have work done at to find out what is going on which sucks. I DID not feel like I was a client just a $$ to them.

This was an absolutely horrible experience and they are complete liars. I went to them to check on my bottom retainer that had broken off at the end. After hanging out there for 3.5 hours... I finally was able to walk out the door. They continuously were trying to sell me on veneers the entire time I was there and I am 25 years old... They also told me I had 11 Cavities that need to be filled and that I had severe Gingivitis that needed laser treatment. After I refused the laser treatment multiple times, they finally cleaned my teeth and I was able to leave. I went and saw another dentist a month later and he said my teeth were perfectly fine. They have no integrity and try to nickel and dime you any chance they get. Dont trust them with your teeth.

Staff is very courteous and professional, everything was clean and clutter-free. I thought my Dr.and his assistant did a fantastic job and were well organized. I had to get an extraction done and it was pretty much completely pain free. They really seem to care about their patients. All in all- a very easy and pleasant visit. If your looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend them. I never write reviews, but this time I thought it was well deserved. I rate this business 5 stars, simply because I couldnt really find any reason not to. You wont be disappointed. I will definitely be coming back- Thank you Made ya Smile! ...gotta love the name too...

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a big smile and kindness. I thought the place was very small when I walked in the waiting room, but once I made it to the back after a short wait. I was surprised how roomy and extremely nice and comfortable the place was. Dr. Douglas Rossi and his DA Danielle were the best team I have ever had with a dental office trip. I was without insurance and on a budget, and the beautiful and wonderful accountant made a sure I left without breaking my bank account. Really a great trip, without going into detail, I needed the impossible done , damn near, and it really suprised me when they came through.

All my experiences at Made Ya Smile have been exceptional! Everyone is incredibly warm and friendly from the moment you check in till the moment you walk out the door. I am so glad this is my dental clinic, they have set the bar really high for dentist appointments. Theyre great about giving me courtesy reminders about upcoming appointment, theyre soo helpful when it comes to finance options and they also answer all questions throughly about any procedures you need. As long as I live in this area Ill continue going to Made Ya Smile. Because of them I can now smile confidently again, thank yall so much!

Welcoming and pleasant except for one young lady who may have been the Dental Assistant (Karina, I believe). She seemed very impatient with what I had to say, cut me off as I was explaining my needs and still misinterpreted what I asked. She seemed robotic in routine more than sensitive and understanding to my individual case and it made me uncomfortable. Dr. Olson was phenomenal as usual as well as the young lady who assisted with the financial aspect of the visit. She was very helpful and attentive, she went above and beyond to help me with any questions and concerns I had.
