We met Dr. Ferrell after a recommendation from a friend brought us to his office. Our daughter, who has recently turned 4, was suffering with all of the seasonal allergies that I (as well as a large portion of the Austin population) was suffering with. We tried many natural remedies then finally got desperate and tried every combination of allergy cocktails on the market. Nothing worked. Our daughter hadnt had a full nights sleep in months, which meant neither did my husband nor I. After our first visit to Dr. Ferrell she slept for 14 hours straight with not so much as a peep!!! No coughing! We had to check on her several times to know she was alright. She slept right through dinner. I was utterly thrilled that her adjustment created the alignment she needed for her immune system to keep the allergens from wreaking havoc on her little system. It has been a couple of months now and she no longer needs any of the allergy meds. She is sleeping great. On her adjustment days she doesnt make it home before falling asleep it is so relaxing to her. She totally trusts Dr. Ferrell because he has such calm energy and he tells her exactly what he is going to do first. I couldnt be more pleased with our treatment at Lakeway Health and Wellness Chiropractic and our whole family will receive care from Dr. Ferrell for as long as we live here in Austin!

Dr. Ferrell and his team are truly amazing. I started seeing Dr. Ferrell over a year ago for some pretty uncomfortable symptoms. He spent time in my initial consult developing a plan customized to fit my needs. The attention to detail, and always his willingness to answer all my questions is TRULY WONDERFUL. I have stayed committed to seeing him, his staff and I have never felt better. I love the added benefit of supplement recommendations as well. Not to mention there is a Naturopathic doctor there as well. The office is sparkling clean and always customer friendly (even the littles get a place to play during my appt). Everyone in the office is always friendly, positive, and willing to accommodate busy schedules. Dr. Ferrell is amazing!!. We moved here to Lakeway about a year ago and the first thing on my list of things to do was finding a great chiropractor. I was immediately impressed by his family friendly office and the ways he is with his patients. Every time I go in Im still amazed at how much he cares about his patients. Hes always chatting with them about things going on in lives and makes you feel welcomed. Ive been to countless other chiropractors in the past and none of them compare to Dr. Ferrell. Just a couple of weeks ago I came home from a golf trip to Oregon and my back was hurting from the plane ride. I didnt have an appointment for another week but since his office is so close to mine I figured I pop in hoping to get an earlier appointment. Instead he squeezed me in right on the spot and I was back to feeling 100%. I highly recommend you stop in and see him (:

I have been a patient at Lakeway Health & Wellness Chiropractic for over a year now. I was initially seen by Dr. Ferrell for shoulder pain. After a thorough exam and discussion, we recognized I had a neck issue. Dr. Ferrell created a treatment plan to align my neck and subsequently lessened my shoulder pain as well. We continued treatments and ultimately relieved all pain and movement challenges. I continue to see Dr. Ferrell on a weekly basis for general alignment and adjustments. He has since treated my hands, and feet as well. Not only am I thrilled with the results, I plan to maintain my weekly visits as I now feel better, have improved balance and stability. I have been seeing Dr. Ferrell at Lakeway Health and Wellness Chiropractic for several months and I cannot recommend him enough! His passion for and commitment to the well-being of his patients and the community is 2nd to none. I have had issues with my neck and upper back for years, and finding a chiropractor who could not just ease my symptoms but actually relieve/resolve them has been a challenge...Dr. Ferrell can do both! On top of that, he is amazing when it comes to meeting the "appointment time" needs of his patients. On more than one occasion, Dr. Ferrell has accommodated my schedule even if that meant coming in on a day off or when the office was closed. He is 100% patient-care driven, a GREAT chiropractor and a really nice guy as well! What more could you ask for?

I highly recommend Dr. Ferrell. Hes been very clear and comprehensive in terms of identifying my issues and explaining his treatment. He patiently answers all my questions and takes the time to ensure I understand what hes doing and that Im comfortable with his approach. He takes a long-term view of not only my spine health but offers suggestions for my overall health...in a nutshell, he cares. Other chiros Ive seen seem to either try and get me to sign up for some kind of long-term treatment plan thats designed to get as much money as possible, or they seem to have no plan. Dustin has helped me understand the long-term benefits to spine health maintenance and has designed an approach that is custom fit for me.

Dr. Ferrell and his office team are terrific. I have been seeing Dr. Ferrell for approximately 6 weeks for treatment of a recurring lower spine issue which has been causing me pain. Dr. Ferrell was able to quickly diagnose the cause of my back pain and performed an initial adjustment which greatly reduced my discomfort. Dr. Ferrell took a digital X-Ray before treatment started and will take another X-Ray at the end of the scheduled treatments so that we can quantitatively measure the improvement in my spine and neck that he has been able to achieve. Not only is Dr. Ferrell an excellent doctor, he is an even better person. He is genuinely concerned about the health and well being of his patients.

Dr. Ferrell is great! I have to say that I was skeptical of chiropractic care, but suffering from chronic neck pain for over a year and then injuring my neck this summer, I decided it was time to find a remedy for my discomfort that did not include taking medication. Dr. Ferrell took initial x-rays and then consulted with me before any adjustments were made. I really appreciate him taking the time to educate me and to walk me through my care plan. He does truly care about his patients, and you feel that from the moment you walk in!

Went in with a tight neck and pain in my low back with low expectations (most chiropractors I have visited do nothing to help). Dr. Ferrell is leaps and bounds better than the average chiropractor. He gives a great adjustment and also has excellent tips on how you can help yourself at home with a few minutes each day. Within 3-4 visits I had definite improvement in the pain, and after 6 weeks of treatment all of the pain was gone! This man is GREAT at what he does and I would highly recommend him to anyone with neck/back pain.
