Im sure Dr Ralston is a great Dr, but unfortunately we will never know because of his incompetent staff! Very unprofessional! Called last month to schedule 2 new patient exams and we were not only told that they only see new patients on Wednesdays but that we had to wait over a month to get in. Called today to confirm our appointment, since we hadnt heard from anyone, for 2:30 today and was told not only that our appointment is for tomorrow, but that we were misinformed and they see new patients from tues to fri! I had to ask for permission and miss a half day of work for this place and now they wont even fit us in based on their unprofessionalism and mistake! Spoke to the office manager, who didnt offer us an consolation, only "Im sorry but we can reschedule you." No thanks!!! Will never call here and will definitely let everyone we know how inept the office staff is! If appointments cant be made correctly, how can we trust them health problems?!

My wife and I was placed in the examination room and waited over an hour to see the doctor. We finally left without seeing the doctor, so if you want to wait to see the doctor plan on waiting in the exam room for a long, long time. I personally have a life that is as important as the doctor. My wife and I have two businesses each and we dont have the time to waist on a doctor that thinks he so important that he doesnt have the time to see people like us.

My whole family sees Dr. Ralston and we are so happy with his services, he is very attentive and spends a lot of time with us discussing our issues and our options. We also see Angie monthly for facials and she is absolutely fabulous!!
