THIS IS NO LONGER MESQUITE DENTAL CARE - NEW OWNER IS RUINING MDCS EXCELLENT REPUTATION. If you are looking for some nice ladies to clean your teeth every six months, then this is the place for you. If you need any sort of major work done, you should consider an office with more experienced dentists, better office communication and one that understands that benefits reset each year. This location has some young dentists (fresh out of school), whom Ive realized are sorely lacking experience in the major work category of dentistry. In addition, it was made crystal clear, (or so I thought) that we were pushing to use all remaining 2016 benefits by the end of the year, but instead, the office though it would be a good idea to bring me in for a crown seating on the 4th day of 2017 (even though the work was done on Dec 9th) and now I have zero benefits for 2017 because of their scheduling error. Complain to someone? They will just look at you like youre dumb because theres literally nothing they can do to make it right. So do yourself a favor if you need any major work done, filings, crowns, dentures....go somewhere with more experience. (Note the dates on the GOOD reviews as well, very few of the positive comments are within the last year since Great Expressions Dental purchased Mesquite Dental Care. I had lots of nice things to say about that group, but ever since Great Expressions has taken over this place has sunk into the abyss of terrible dental practices.)

Mi primera vez en ésta clinica. Todo el staff es muy amable, desde la recepcionista hasta la doctora. La higienista y la doctora responden tus dudas de manera muy amable. Yo no hablo inglés fluidamente pero ellos tienen personal bilingue. Me gusta también está clínica porque si la cita es a las 10am, ellos respetan esa hora y estarás escuchando tu nombre 5 min antes de la hora para que pases a que te atiendan. Todo el lugar muy limpio. Tiene wifii, revistas, y sillas cómodas en lo que esperas en la sala.

Dental Care — 1 star . When I arrived to this office the reception had no idea I had an appointment. When the lady Lupe heard my name she said oh your insurance was a problem and they tried to call me nobody ever called me to tell me I knew it was a lie. The lady named Lupe who works behind the front desk is not professional for working in a position she is. She was not friendly or helpful at all she finally told me after standing there 5 minutes that I couldnt be seen . She made me look like I was to blame that there was a communication error between my insurance company. She let me leave without trying to resolve the situation. After leaving and fixing the issue and finding out what happened on my own . I call back with my insurance company on the phone and she tells me I cant be seen. She was not professional at all. I suggest they look for a professional billing and coder or appointment setter. If anyone witnessed the situation they would agree she is not fit for her job. Lost my business for sure.

This review is on behalf of my family. This place has the worst customer service! They are incompetent and not professional. Every 3 months is a new staff and Lamar who answers the phone is rude!. They will screw up your accounts and take forever to refund any money coming back to you. We have had the worst experience. Do NOT USE THIS FACILITY . We have had to hire an attorney just to get our money back. Lupe will mess up your account so be careful. They NEVER answer the phone or take days to call back. Ive never seen anything like it. Theres more we can add, but its not even worth the time anymore. They dont even get 1 star from us!

They lied to me. I was told when making my appointment that I could have my missing filling taken care of at the time of my appointment, I even asked if that were the case if I needed a Root canal. They said yes, but then when I got there said I would have to come back if I needed a Root canal, but they werent sure if I would need one. I walked out. They were really awful and took their sweet time about everything they did, even though I arrived early to fill out new patient paperwork so as to make sure I would not need to take more time off of work. Now Ill find a different dentist, hopefully the next one wont waste my time.

I was verry disappointed in this office. THEY LIED ABOUT THE WORK I NEEDED TO HAVE DONE. I had a crown fall out and I am new to tge area so I set an appointment here to have it glued back in. Should have been a simple thing but because it was my first visit they wanted to do a full work up. I was then told that they would not be able to glue the tooth back in because I had a cavity under the crown. They wanted to completely redo my crown work. It was going to cost almost $1000. I got my exrays, went down the road and found an honest dentist who did what realy needed to be done. Cost me less then $100.

I was a patient here at this location I do not plan on going back, the dental assistant hurt my gums pretty bad while trying to adjust my temporary tooth. The dental doctor told my husband to step out of the room so he can work more comfortably in order to put my permanent tooth, I was nervous and scared and it would of helped to have him there with me. They give you a $5 Starbucks gift card on your first visit so you can review them which makes sense for the high ratings and good reviews sadly with your first visit you cant tell how they really are lesson learned.

Staff is nice and work performed is professional and high quality. My only complaint is the wait time. Even with an appt the wait time is crazy. It took 2 hours to get an exam and xray (no work done) WITH an appointment. I wouldnt mind waiting had I been a walk in. Other than the long waiting periods, everything is fine. I have been here several times and it always takes a while so Im not writing this review on ONE experience. I always have to plan on being here for several hours.

Ive been coming to this office for a little over two years now. All of the staff at this location are very friendly, and attentive. I had a billing mix up when they became Great Expressions and the office manager fixed it right away. Dr. Sameera Babar is also an excellent dentist. Shes very professional, and works very efficiently. I cant recommend her enough, she made me confident enough to smile again. Thank you Dr. Babar, and all the staff at Great Expressions, you rock!

Ive been going to Mesquite Dental Care since my daughters first year appointment, she is now 10. They take good care of us and our teeth. My daughter has no fears of visiting the dentist since they are very gentle and professional. Shes been numbed a few times and still doesnt even know it! The staff up front is exceptionally nice and warming. We actually look forward to our cleaning visits! Ive recommend them to all my family and friends who are looking for a great dental team!
