The MAs are rude!!!!! They yell or raise their voice on the phone and when you do it back to them they hang up on you!!!!! They dont do their job like they are suppose to!!!!!! Yesnia is the main rude ***** she doesnt know what shes doing half the time and is extremely rude!!!!! This place doesnt even deserve a star it should be a negative star!!!!
