Dr. Ledbetter was terrible! I had my first doctors appointment today in years. My experience was unbalivable. I was trying explain to the doctor of my symptoms, the doctor cut me off and said I probably have a flu or sinus infection. In total I meet with the doctor for about 1 mintue. After my flu test came back negative, he said he was going to prescribe me some over the counter medicine for sinus affection. I told him about my allergies and shoulder pain and he completely avoided me. I will never go back to this place again!

I have been seeing Dr. Ledbetter for about five years now and find him to be an excellent PCP. I dont recall ever having waited, in the waiting room for more than 20 minutes, to see him. Processing and waiting time are typically 10-15 minutes with a 10-15 minute wait and visit with a nurse. I would estimate a typical total visit time of about 40 minutes. I have never felt rushed by him. Very attentive and overall a great support staff. I would highly recommend him.

Called to confirm an appointment,, reception didnt seem happy when answering the call to begin with. Cant imagine what type of reaction to expect upon arrival. It sad to think how many patients are feeling sick and may only expect an empathy experience when calling :(

Dr. Ledbetter is not only an amazing dr but he is very attractive!!! He has been my primary for 3 years now and has helped me back to health. I am very grateful to him and his staff
