Actually Dr. Rojas has two locations and this comment is for the clinic on Blanco and West Ave. Unfortunately I was very dissappointed with my last visit to this location. I waited for a while before being admitted to the back observation area. All of sudden the nurse walked in and told me I was not able to be seen because Julie Cobb Nurse Practioner or PA is her title quit her job on the spot. I had to go to Urgent Care because I was feeling very ill and had to spend double the amount that I would normally spend. The lack of proffesionalism on part of this lady is by far the lowest of the low. I was so sick with bronchitis and I was told to leave the clinic. I waited an eight hour wait that day in total to be seen by a medical proffesional.

Office to office...Im in the medical field and have been in management as well. This office does not return calls. Left message after message and no one would return my call. The Office Manager doesnt return complaint calls either. Tried calling on several occasions to the main number and kept getting a recorded message and not able to leave a message because their mailbox is full. This is NOT the way to run a practice.

DR. ROJAS is a good doctor the staff he has is the worst rude, lazy , unprofessional they keep you on hold for 20 minutes then hang up on you not only that I have called 17 times and all have gone to voice mail if you all dont know how to work with people you all shouldnt be working in a Dr office

This is the slowest service you could possibly find. You wait hours upon hours just for a refill. The staff is rude and incompetent. We are actively searching for a new Dr. Dont come here if youre sick. You will die in the waiting room.

POOR service, billing dept is terrible at follow through, and if you make the mistake of using these clinics, be prepared for long waits and dealing with a thoroughly incompetent staff. Dont waste your time. Find a real professional.
