Every time I call to make an appointment I am put on hold with a machine that tells me the average whole time and my number in line. And every time I called my average hold time is always about 30 minutes with the machine. As soon as they pick up they immediately say please hold and your on hold again for about another 10 to 15 minutes. It is ridiculous that it takes almost an hour just to talk to someone over the phone. The staff is very unprofessional. As I was turning in my paperwork one of them was complaining about the military insurance I have Tricare . They also do not know how to be polite . Once you have an appointment it takes over an hour to get to see the doctor. Once you see the doctor he starts to interview you and only wants yes or no answers. He did not address my purpose for going to see him, instead he wants to change my diagnosis I got from another neurologist years ago. This of course means more testing in his office because according to him that is the only place I can get the testing done. It also means more office visits for follow-up and such. I normally get my medical done on post with the military but they had to refer me out this time to a civilian doctor. After I comply with the doctors orders of more testing I am going back to my primary care physician and asking for a second opinion. Not happy with the doctor or the staff.

My appt was for 10:00. The office called at 9:00 and told me I could come in right then as the dr wasnt "too busy". Fine. I was there within 3 minutes. One other person in waiting room. I signed in and filled out paperwork. Then began the wait, while other patients came and went, one after another. Finally, at about 10:30, I was called back. The nurse took my vitals, apologizing for the wait. Very nice young lady named Rosie. She showed me on her monitor that it said my appt was for 11:00!! What? Seems that ladies at front desk just say and do whatever they want. Rosie brings me to the exam room and apologizes profusely again for the wait. I hear the doctor in the next room talking very loudly to a patient about seizures and an injury he must have sustained. Then it was my turn. I have no doubt that this young doctor did very well in med school, however his bedside manner is severely lacking. Asked a question and then cut me off. Seemed brusque and condescending toward me, as if I should be honored to be his patient. In my long lifetime, I have not experienced another doctor quite like him, and pray I never will again.

We were referred to Dr. Brahin. At first, we were both apprehensive, because of previous years of bad experiences with doctors and neurologists/neurosurgeons. After conversations at our first appointment, the anxiety decreased. Dr. Brahin and his staff work so hard to take care of so many clients. The staff members are so wonderful/professional and kind. Dr. Brahin is extremely professional and thorough, and just tells the truth. He has been the first and only neurologist that has just given the information to us straight, and for this, we are grateful. Thank you Dr. Brahin and your amazing staff for all you do!

Inconsiderate. My moms appointment was at 1 pm..we were taken to the back like around 2pm...we notified staff that my elderly mother put her socks & shoes back on & that we have not been seen but need to take mother to facilities since none available to patients in actual clinic. Dr. Eric J. Brahin could not & did not want to wait 7 minutes for her to go to bathroom & went on to next patient. It is now 3:33pm for our 1pm appointment & still have not been seen.

Their office staff is rude and made a crude joke to me about me going bankrupt from my medical condition. Not to mention I arrived at 8:30 am and still have yet to be seen for my 9 am appointment (its now 10 am). After bringing this up, they say I still am behind two patients. Ridiculous.

Dr. Brahin is the best doctor. He helped me find a solution to my migraine problem and the staff there is the best. Nurse Ruben followed up with me through out my whole time I was seen with them.. I highly recommend them. yall will be satisfied through out.!

Office staff is rude and very disrespectful. They do not answer the phone and when they do they hang up. They never forward reports when requested. Very dissatisfied with experience with the Dr and Dr visit

I couldnt of asked for a better neurologist for my dad. Dr. Brahin always has my dad laughing every time he has a visit. He has taken such go care of my pops and the staff at the office are great as well.
