Very clean office, Nice staff. Only thing I didnt like was that I was literally the firest person t ok walk in the door at 730. Appointment time 745. And left at 915am. With just xrays done. I was supposed to get a filling and cleaning and hadnt been seen yet. Very disappointed in that. They kept telling me to wait because another client walked in and was being worked on. Yet I was there before them. People who just got there were in and out before myself. I def wont be going back to that location.

Today was our first visit here and it was great! The staff was so friendly and we were called back quickly! The office is clean and very roomy with TV and a drink station. The dental rooms are clean, private and equipped with what looks like the latest technology. I highly recommend this location and Dr. Ruiz. My 14 year old really liked her and wasnt nervous like she has been with previous dentists. No more long waits in crowded waiting rooms for us! Thanks Ideal Dental! You guys rock!

I came from New Jersey to visit family and I started having a really tooth pain. I was searching for a dentist rite away. I came across Ideal Dental. Absolutely LOVE it! Everyone here is so NICE and KIND. They made sure to relive my pain until I got back to NJ. Definitely going to be my dentist when I move here. Staff is great and Barbra was so kind!

Everyone, from Lexxi, Debra and Dr. Ruiz made my visit very bearable. I was a bit nervous about getting my deep cleaning and fillings done but they assured me that it was going to be a piece of cake. I definitely left like I was apart of their family. Great staff and great customer service! Ill be seeing you ladies another day!

Best dental experience Ive ever had. Deb and Dr. Ruiz are the best and go out of their way to make sure youre comfortable. State of the art equipment and what was amazing is that I had a lot of work done and was able to eat lunch right afterwards! If you need dental work done in San Antonio this is the place to go.
