I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and was keeping my husband up at night with my snoring, but I was not able to tolerate the CPAP machine. In desperation, I consulted Dr. Bayless with Summer Hill Dental, who told me about the Moses appliance and how it differs from commonplace anti-snoring devices. I decided to go through with the fitting (which was partially paid for by insurance) and have been absolutely thrilled with the results. I am getting more rest at night and my husband reports that my snoring has gone from about a 9 on a scale of 1-10 down to a zero or 1. My appliance is able to be adjusted, so if mild snoring resumes in the future, I can make the necessary changes. I am not experiencing any jaw pain and I am extremely grateful for this appliance, which has truly revolutionized my life and improved my relationship with my husband, who is a light sleeper. Dr. Bayless and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I recently came to them as a new patient and explained that I have EXTREME anxiety when it comes to dental appointments and had lost all hope in ever finding a dentist that would be a good fit for me. From the moment his awesome hygenist Karen called me back I knew I was in good hands, she was very friendly, reassuring and thorough, never hesitated to answer any questions I had. Dr. Bayless himself is very personable and understanding of my anxiety and apprehensions, he did a very gentle, quiet exam on all of my teeth and explained that he would like time to come up with a treatment plan that would best fit my needs and comfort level. For the first time in about 10 years I believe Ive found a dentist I can trust again! Not to mention, their office is VERY clean and orderly.

Will not even fill a tooth without a comprehansive treatment plan. Went in after a filling came out. Dentist looked at the hole in the tooth and said "that is the least of our worries." Went on to state that it was just a pin hole anyway and came up with a "comprehensive treatment plan" that would take months to complete. When we found out we were going to be moving in a couple of months and ask them to just do a deep cleaning and replace the filling, Dr. Bayless refused and suggested we might want to go elsewhere to have the work done. When asked why he would not do the filling he said it was not the way his practice did things...they only do comprehensive treatment.

We have been seeing Dr. Bayless for years and we love him and his entire staff. Everyone greats you with a smile and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Bayless is very thorough in his exams and takes his time to explain to you any treatment you may need. Dr. Bayless is great with kids as well. When my son was 5 Dr. Bayless pulled 4 of his teeth. He did a great job keeping my son calm and eased any fears my son had. My son enjoys going to the dentist because he gets to see Dr. Bayless. When my previous dentist told me I needed an expensive procedure, I decided to get a second opinion. The moment I walked into Dr. Bayless office I was greeted warmly and everybody I saw introduced themselves - a lost art these days. I was treated as if I were the only patient they had, and Dr. Bayless took his time explaining what was needed and not needed, and why. Not only did he save me thousands of dollars, he put me at ease regarding my teeth. I am actually looking forward to going back!!!

I feel that I am an outgoing individual and have been told that I talk a lot! Therefore my mouth is usually open. Dr Bayless and his staff enhanced my appearance with new veneers which greatly helped my smile and self confidence. Dr. Bayless and his staff provide great service and always at a fair price. Ive had multiple crowns, cleanings, and even an implant. I couldnt be happier. I give him a big "thumbs up". I also like that I dont have to sit and sit in the waiting room because they are running behind schedule. They schedule their appointments appropriately and you can get in and out without killing a half a day. J.W.

Last year I broke a tooth off my dentures. Being I lived near Summer Hill and my own dentist was in Austin, I called and asked them if they could help me. They told me to come right in and within 24 hours fixed my denture. Not only was I pleased with the speed in which they helped me but they were extremely helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

I have been a patient for a few years. They have consistently taken care of me and my dental needs. They have even come to my rescue 2 times after hours. As for cost they have never over charged me or incorrectly billed me. I drive 25 minutes out of the way to see Dr Bayless even though I have many other dental choices right around the corner. This the dentist you want!
