This was a great dentist for our son the first time we visited them. The first visit we paid nothing for his checkup and his HMO insurance covered it . The second time we were charged $54 dollars a month after his routine checkup and nothing was told to us upfront during this visit. I since bought my son his own dental plan and now the refuse to accept HMO insurance. I guess somewhere in between they stopped accepting HMO insurance. This is kind of funny because every time we have been there they are sitting around and have no customers. This has even been the case on A Saturday. If you want to be sure to not have a wait and go anytime you wish but love unexpected high charges later then this is your place.

Best Dentist in SA I have been terrified about going to the dentist for years... until now. This office has a great staff and modern equipment (as well as entertainment for the kids) that makes each visit a pleasant experience. Dr. Rackham is the most thorough dentist I have every met and truly cares about each of his patients and developing a game plan for continued care over the years. Ive been blown away by this practice and highly recommend them!

Amazing! We had a great experience here it is one of the most kid friendly places we have been to my daughter loves it she loved the theater they had in the waiting area the play room and enjoys the staff telling her exactly what is going on. I like that I got to sit in the whole process! Dr. Rackham is very patient and informative I would definitely reccomend this office to any and all! Thank you Dr. Rackham, Diana and staff that helped us out!

I am terrified of going to the dentist. I went to Dr. Rackham anxious and scared and the visit went great. The staff was very professional towards me and could tell I was nervous. Dr. Rackham explained everything that was going to occur and took his time with me and I left feeling Happy. I recommend Dr. Rackham to everyone I know.
