They just talk down to you. Dont listen to your concerns. Mail you medications you didnt even talk about and now have to pay for that wasnt agreed upon. Some how got my new insurance copies information with out even asking me for it. They just do whatever they feel and dont care about the cost to you. I asked for visits to specialist I felt I needed and Didnt want to set it up.

If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would. They never answer. You have to keep calling. They dont return calls. Whats worse is that they changed my rx and didnt call to tell me. I had labs done a week ago and I still havent had a call or mail about the results. My rx was discontinted without notice. Ive been calling for an explanation of whats going on but no answer.

I called back several times and a Becky kept hanging up on me and when my last call went through I had to interrupt her just for her to listen. She claimed that she thought it was a prank call. Then I ask about my appointment but she didnt listen when I specifically said about tomorrow and she kept insisting for today.

Horrible staff. Numerous times I have left voicemails requesting or returning calls and never get a response. Its very hard to have someone answer the phone and few times I have been successful and still even with taking to someone all they say is we will have the dr call you back and I have yet to get a call.

Nobody ever answers the phone. The nurses seem to not care when you are there, and drs are always forgetting medication. Which has happened to me and other people that go there.

I have called 4 times trying to renew my prescription. They have not answered. I have left messages and got nothing in response.
