My family has been coming here for quite some time and we have always received excellent service. Today, I witnessed something quite disturbing. All healthcare professionals are to care for their patients well being and to show respect aswell. The medical assitants in the red module were so rude. Various people came up to the front desk and asked if they could sign in there. A rude medical assistant with curly hair, whom i was not able to get a name from, answered very rudly "do you not see the sign? Do you need flashing lights to tell you to go nextdoor and sign in?" I heard this and was very shocked. She was incredibly rude to thw old couple who only wanted some help. An older lady on cruntches walked in and also asked if she could sign in, (mind you the front desk was knce again opened), a different medical assistant rudly replied "can you let me change out the ink from the machine, if you want you can go next door if not then have a seat and wait" this lady was getting up and down from her chair trying to get attended. These medical assistants need manners. They are to care for their patients even if its only with helping them.
