Do not listen to any of the negative feedback on this family doctor physicians practice. I cannot account for Dr. Salas I am not one of his patients, and have not met him. However Dr. Perez is by far the most professional, personable, and knowledgable Dr. I have ever had in my life. I have gone to him for many issues such as asthma, allergies, sinus infections, and anxiety. He has 100% of the time picked the right prescription for my issues. He is very informative with any questions you may ask. He has even gone to the length to answer every phone call I have had after his practice has closed. So he has taken time out of his own busy day to make sure I am cared for professionally, and in the best way possible. He listens to every concern or fear about trying any new medication. He takes thorough notes on each appointment so he always knows when changes need to be made on any medications to your concerns. His staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I have recommended him to my wife and I recommend him to anyone seeking a new family doctor. Amazing person!!!!

Not the best experience here in our first visit, sadly. The office uses a lot of newer technology, which makes it a little more bearable to be there. Unfortunately, the office runs very slowly. A routine checkup (which ultimately lasted about 3 minutes once the doctor finally came into the room), combined with the initial tests performed by the nurse, takes at least an hour with the waiting you are expected to endure. It took about 30 minutes for me to finally see the doctor after I was taken into my room by the nurse. My wife waited over 50 minutes. Additionally, I found nothing engaging, friendly, or remotely exceptional about Dr. Salas. The front desk staff were fantastically friendly and helpful, but other than that we felt absolutely no reason to return to this practice.

My family was one of the 1st at this office last year. We are very happy. Dr Perez sees all of us. 12 yr old F, 15 yr M, 19 yr F, 46 yr F, and 48 yr M. Has dealt with everything from allergies & arm injury, to shots. Also has done sports physicals for my kids and had all paper work and correct shots needed for college age daughter to transition smoothly to university. Access can be a challenge since its a busy area but not to bad, parking has never been an issue. Pleasant helpful staff and phlebotomist is really good considering size of practice. (I am small and bruise easily) Online app to help with appointments and records and to date have not had any billing problems 1st with UHC, now with Cigna.

Although I love Dr. Salas and the individualized attention/care we get from him, the office and the staff in general SUCKS!!!! We have been waiting on a referral since July, it is now November. Every time I call, I get a stupid recording, Ive literally been calling for weeks now in regards to this pending referral. Then all of a sudden they call my husband in regards to a pending lab bill. Again they fail to mention the referral. This is ridiculous!!!! I, myself work in the healthcare industry and know very well it does NOT take this long to get a referral. Also, basic customer service skills include answering your phones!!!

Dr. Salas is my doctor hes a little reserved but he listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I felt like he was sympathetic and professional. I honestly thought he was great, I would recommend him if youre looking for a great PCP. They have a great online portal system that makes it easy for prescriptions and sending emails to the physicians for general questions. Ive also been told Dr. Perez is great as well. I love the new office and staff. I had a pleasant experience. :)

Just awful. Dr. Salas was condescending and rude, made eye contact twice. His office is a joke, they are rude and have no idea wtf is going on. Was given two different answers for test results, one idiot made it sound like life and death and the other made it sound like nothing. If you need a flu shot or have an ear infection Im sure hes great. They are a glorified express med clinic with Kaplan staff.

Dr. Perez is my doctor. He is listens and is very empathic in listening to my concerns. He is proactive with my care, not only addresses my clinical needs but also my emotional! I drive almost 2 hours to see him and it is worth it! His staff is great and I lovebthe patient portal! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
