We have been seeing Dr. Larson for about a year now. The only reason we remain there is because we like and trust Dr. Larsen. His staff however seem to be the most incompetent, untrained individuals working in a medical office I have ever encountered. When asked simple questions they have no response, and cant even tell me the name of the immunizations they are giving my children, let alone seem to document them correctly. I still cant determine whether or not my child has been immunized for Hep A, while I believe they have accidentally immunized for for something else more than needed. To top it off their ineptness, they are rude and dont seem to enjoy their job. They have called me ten minutes before an appointment to ask if I can reschedule, and then been upset when I couldnt. Dr. Larson would do well to hire some trained polite staff.

Dr Larson is amazing! Every time my family is there we feel nothing but cared for in the highest quality. His crew is especially attentive as well. The Heber valley is full of great pediatricians and Dr Larson is one of the best.
