I had one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with any Drs office here! Dr Mouser was really great, but his staff were a nightmare. On my first appointment the medical assistant was extremely rude and didnt even greet my daughter or I. Then, I called a few days later because my 8 month old was sick and they said theyd have the triage nurse call me back, well its been 2 weeks and Im still waiting for her to call me back. I was also told that they schedule same day sick visits if you call first thing in the morning, well I called at 9:01 (they open at 9am) and they said all appointments were taken but theyd have the triage nurse call me again-once again she never called back for 3hrs so we called them again and still got no help! To cut a long story short, I called the office manager to express my concerns and she was extremely rude as well. Instead of apologizing, she argued with me and implied that I was in the wrong!!! I think Dr Mouser should send his staff for some customer service training!

After reading positive reviews on the docs here, I just called All-Star this morning to see if we could get in for a sick-visit for my 3 year old. We are new to the area, so havent established primary pediatricians, so I wasnt sure if we could get in, but they made an appt for us already for 9:30am, and we were there and back home within an hour after seeing Kathy, the NP. She was amazing, very thorough, very gentle, patient, and explained everything to both my son and me. I will definitely be establishing her as our primary for all 4 of our kiddos. Also, the waiting room and patient rooms were clean, cute, and decorative. Staff was friendly and prompt. Very happy we found this place!!! Thanks All-Star!!!

Ive been going here 3 years and I used to LOVE this office. It was perfection. Then they changed locations and their phone system. Since then, I almost never can get through even to make an appointment. I always have to leave a message. Also its tough to get in the same day if your child is sick. We are moving offices and so bummed because the wait time, the staff, and the doctors are exceptional. But I can never make appointments because of their poor phone system. And I also want to apologize to the many people I referred to this office before they made the change. Please forgive me!

I love All-Star Pediatrics. Previously I was seeing another pediatrician and appointments would take me over an hour - every visit. After waiting in the waiting area for between 30-60 minutes, I would finally see the Dr. but he was so rushed that I could barely ask a question! All-Star Pediatrics is the complete opposite. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes and when the Dr. comes in he takes his time. He isnt rushed and doesnt make me feel like I am inconveniencing him. I work with Dr. Milius and he is so great! The nurses are amazing. I highly recommend All-Star Pediatrics!

Over my 14 years as a parent, we have seen a lot of pediatricians. Never in all those years did I like one until we met Dr Millius. He was immediately welcoming and thorough, and answered any questions so that you could understand and I never feel strange asking anything. They get us in quick (although he is getting busier so it is getting to be a little of a wait). All of my kids love him, he has a darling office and you can feel that he really cares for his patients. I highly recommend Dr Millius to any and all my friends and to anyone searching for an excellent pediatrician.

I absolutely love everyone at All-Star. I have never had any issues. Dr. Mousser is the best! I will never take my daughter anywhere else. He listens to my concerns and is wonderful with my daughter. We have seen both of the Nurse Practitioners and love them as well! I feel confident when I bring my daughter in for well checks or sick visits. We have also been able to get in the same day for sick visits. I have called the triage line multiple times, and Shalene is very quick to return my calls. Scheduling with Felicia is a breeze. I HIGHLY recommend All-Star Pediatrics!

All-Star Pediatrics is the place for my kiddos! Clean office, friendly staff, and a kind-hearted pediatrician. Loved my experience with Dr. Milius--he is easy to talk to, gentle, and informative (Did you know giving Tylenol before immunizations makes them less effective?). I believe the practice is fairly new and I appreciate the "small-town" vibe. Almost hate to leave such a glowing review in fear that All-Star Pediatrics will become overrun! +Bonus points for supporting my decision to "watch & wait" with babys mild ear-infection before giving antibiotics.

This is probably the worst pediatrician office. Let me start it off like this my son Zevon had hand foot and mouth, we waited 45 mins before we were seen the nurse practitioner came in and said they forgot we were in the room. My other son Owen who is a new born cant be seen because they have no openings so I call to talk to the on call nurse or whatever and they cant answer any of my questions because hes not a patient but hes not a patient because you have no openings for my new born. Thanks for all your help All Stars. -Shawn

We have moved several time and seen dozens of pediatricians over the last 15 years (5 kids). I can say without a doubt that Dr Millius is hands down the best pediatrician we have ever seen. Hes compassionate and reassuring. There are no silly questions and he never makes you feel inadequate as a parent. The medical assistants could be a little more friendly and the wait time for appointments has gotten worse as they have expanded and gotten busier but its well worth the wait to see such an excellent Doctor!

The triage nurse is extremely rude! I took my three children all with the same infection in for the doctor to not even do any test beside just looking at them and they were diagnosed wrong and now want me to come back in with all three so I can get the antibiotics they should have prescribed to begin with. When speaking to the triage nurse she could care less about her patients and wouldnt even let me talk! I will be looking for another pediatrician who has staff that care!

We are so glad we found All Star Pediatrics. Our experience has been very good. They are great at getting us back on time! We used to go to another office on baseline and greenfield and our wait time was horrendous- easily 45min to an hour average wait time. My wife and kids love Kathy Waldo the nurse practitioner. She listens to our concerns and answers all our questions with kind consideration. I recommend All Star Peds.

I absolutely LOVE All-Star Pediatrics! I can get an appointment the day I call, the wait is short, and Dr. Milius is the BEST pediatrician Ive ever taken my children to, hands down. He is so kind and helpful, and I feel like he really cares about my children. If youre looking for a new pediatrician (or even if youre not) switch today. You wont regret it!!
