I cant get a call back for anything! They were pretty good when I had my son nearly 5 years ago, now they just arent the same place. Unfortunately Ive given them several chances with the issue of calling us back but yesterday was the last straw. I suspected my poor kiddo of an ear infection, called them 4 times and left 3 messages between 10AM-3PM....finally getting a hold of them and because it was so late when we got a hold off them (finally) we had to book my little guy for the following day. Ended up at urgent care at 9:30 PM with a screaming and crying little guy! We also have a young baby girl that is dealing with some digestive issues, the support just isnt there anymore. Were looking for a new pediatrician! If this was an isolated incident I wouldnt be so harsh but unfortunately it is not! Im sure like that I, like any parent, feel it is important to receive a response when youre concerned about your kiddo. (They also ran out of my daughters 4 month vaccines, it took nearly 2 weeks before I finally got ahold of the office to try to reschedule them! Again, no call back!)

When we first started going here three years ago it was amazing. In the past year it has gone downhill so fast I a appalled and am considering filing a complaint with the state. I have two special needs kids and the doctor never remembers my kids or anything about them. She even asks us why one of them is on the meds he is on. If you dont remember at least read his chart before walking in the room. Now six months ago they told us my middle son needs shots and his past immunization records because they have never gotten any. Really? well you had them the past three years of visits so where did they go? I now have to track down his records on my own because they have lost them. Now last month we went to refill a medication my son has been on for four years. They refused to refill it saying hes never been on it and it has never been filled through their office even though their office has refilled it every month for three years. I have the claim forms to prove it. So yes they have lost his prescription records as well. Do NOT bring your kids her, this is a very poorly run clinic.

Not really a great experience here. They ran out of immunizations which was weird to me and said just call back periodically and see if we have them in stock. Called and finally made an appointment and found out that specific immunization had to be done before 3 months otherwise it was not FDA approved, so we couldnt get it. Wish they would have warned us there was a timeline, we could have gone somewhere else. Also expressed some concerns about torticollis and the doctor practically gave my newborn whiplash showing us how to stretch it. The nail in the coffin was when my older child got impetigo and I called in and they couldnt see him (for a contagious rash that kept him out of school til 24 hrs after treatment) for 2 days. I called my old pediatrician across town from before I moved and they simply called in the ointment and said if that doesnt resolve it come in. Going back to my old pediatrician despite the 30 minute drive because they go the extra mile.

This company is incompetent. They are here in Arizona and yet when I call they are running there hours off of eastern hours. I receive no less than 2 bills a week but when I call in 4 documented separate times billing is in but the cashier is out to lunch. I have left two voice-mails, with a promise of return call in 24 hours and two times this week have received no call. Additionally Esme a person in Billing promised personally that she would make sure some one called me back. Did it happen...........? You guessed it..... They did not. Save your selves the headache of dealing with incompetent people and take your children elsewhere.

This office in Mesa is terrible the front desk clerks with except of one are real rude. I like the Santan valley location very courtesy and listen to what you are requesting rather then give the run around.I agree with the other comments for location in Mesa. Oh they never call you back and when you ask why they dont call back they say you can call the on call doctor( I called early on a Friday morning and never got a call back I had my appointment on Tuesday but had questions they dont call back, I had to be present to resolve financial issues because they wanted to charge me for visits twice). Not helpful at all

We had a wonderful experience with the back office staff (even though we had to abruptly change physicians for our Sons 2 month appointment... the previous physician left the practice without telling us). My problem is with the incompetence of the billing office and the front office. They were horrible to the point where we had to find a new pediatrician. We kept getting billed and harassed to pay for appointments that we had paid for at the time of service. Do yourself a favor, avoid the headache and go to a different pediatric office.

First time mom with a 5 month old little girl. We see Dr. Banister and she is nothing short of amazing. From our first visit she was supportive and I genuinely feel she cares about my family. The office on signal butte wasnt my favorite, just cramped but the staff was all very nice. We found we LOVE the San tan office much more (updated, not cramped) so we see her there and I have absolutely 0 complaints. They also offer same day appointments if you have an emergency or a very sick little. I highly recommend Sonoran Sky.

I LOVE Dr Heck. Anyone that could put up with me and all my questions is a total winner. I searched high and low to Scottsdale and found Dr. Heck! I now live in California and miss him terribly, hes one of the best pediatrician ever. He listen to me and my concerns I trusted him and he never failed! I highly recommend him. I want to move him over here. I fully recommend him. He is so good he deserves his own practice!

There billing department is horrible. I went in with our new born and they said we owe a balance from almost a year and half ago. We always go in and get our payment records at the end of the year and we had a 0 balance now we owe all of a sudden. Its not the first time that it has happened. The DRs are great but expect to keep getting a balance every time you go in.

Place is poorly organized. My kids have never seen the same doctor twice and have been going there for years. The final straw was when I made an appointment in August for November and then they called to reschedule because the doctor, another new one I never heard, of would not be there.Takes your kids to someone reliable especially if they are really sick.

Some of the phone represenatives can be very rude and unsympathetic! They dont care if your child is dying or in pain. They give you the run around about questions and dont even let you talk. They kept interrupting me when I called with concerns about my son and were very rude. Especially a lady there named Marie. She was very rude.
