I have bought my frames from Taylor Optical for at least 18 years. Ive even lived out-of state, and when visiting I always returned to buy my new glasses. They have great styles for reasonable prices. They also have great customer service. The only problem Ive ever run into is that sometimes there are several customers and not enough people to wait on them, so you have to plan on waiting for help for a little bit - but that gives you some time to look at the frames and try them on. I think they are so busy because they have a lot of loyal customers like me. If you are tired of "settling" for a chain store boring frame, come check these guys out - they arent much more and its so worth it! FYI - I hardly ever write reviews - only when I have experienced extreme good or poor service.

Taylor Optical is fantastic! They always provide me with better-than-expected customer service, always greet me by name and remember who I am. I always feel like my needs are met and that I am taken care of, whether my glasses are in need of repair or they are informing me of all of my options to ensure I make the choice that is in my best interest. They are very friendly, honest, and trustworthy, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with Taylor Optical! Walked in to get my glasses repaired and it took less than 5 minutes. In addition, I was telling them how I didnt know if I could get enough contact lens solution on the plane with me for an upcoming business trip, and next thing you know, they gave me a free travel contact lens bottle of solution. Would go there for any glasses/contacts needs.

He was kind, personable, thorough, and really took the time to answer all of my questions. I was thrilled with my experience and am excited to continue being treated there!

Best place for Eye Glasses in Utah. The staff is excellent, the selection is excellent. I recently moved across country to NY and had a scratched lens in my eye glasses. Since it was still under warranty Taylor Optical took care of it quickly and shipped them back to me. Very Professional ! Ferudun

I have been using this store for a decade. They do a great job, and provide really personal attention. The optometrist is excellent. I highly recommend them. Much better service and care than the "big box" stores.
