HORRIBLE!!! The front worker was so condescending and judgmental, she acting like I was stupid for not getting every upgrade available. The eye exam itself took nearly 2 hours, they wanted to know every detail of my health history- I really didnt think that was necessary for needing a new pair of glasses. The lady that did they eye exam was so rude.. I had a hard time with the glaucoma test where she had to literally touch your eye ball, and she had no compassion or patients. She just literally told me oh well, I guess we wont test that if you wont cooperate. I inquired about how most places use the machine that gusts air in your eye for that test, and she responded with some quick remark about how they werent rich enough to afford that. Well fast forward to when me and my husband actually go to pick up our glasses. We show up and both of them were ready, however all the anti-glare anti scratch stuff wasnt on the glasses- even though we paid for it. They ended up taking my husbands glasses back and sending them off again, they said I could keep mine- but were going to order new lenses for mine. We end up having to go back 3 or 4 different times before we were able to pick up my husbands glasses. After numerous times going to get my lenses corrected, I finally just gave up and asked for a refund for the add-ons. I was originally told I was getting the best deal for my glasses- so I wasnt expecting much of a refund. But about 2 weeks later I got over 60$ back from them. Which makes me think they were totally ripping me off. Well its been less than 6 months and we have had to get my husbands glasses tightened like 5 times, because they are such crappy frames. He ended up just going back to some old standard optical lenses with the old prescription. What a headache- and for nothing. I will not be back!! DO NOT COME HERE!

Dr. Tina Martin is the ONLY one who has been able to fit me for contacts. I have a difficult prescription and had tried several other optometrists who were unable to fit me comfortably. Now, I am corrected to 20/20 and can enjoy the benefits of comfortable contact lenses. Dr. Martin was able to recognize the fit issues right away and worked tirelessly with me until I was happy. Appointments are easy to make and typically start and finish on time. Nice selection of fashionable frames to choose from too.

The eye exam was great. The doctor was friendly and made the experience easy. However, heaven forbid you ask to take your prescription elsewhere. The frames are all high priced, and thats not at all what I need. The receptionist was extremely rude, told me that "I wouldnt understand anything on it anyway." She was hesitant to give it to me, and refused to do more than the bare minimum. If they wanted to keep a customer, this is the wrong way. Theres no way I am coming back there.

This is by far one of the best eye exams that I have ever received! Not only was the staff very knowledgable/pleasant, but, the optomotrist really gave me a thorough exam and knew what the problem was with my current prescription glasses. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants great service and very knowledgable people! I will use this place again for all of my eye care needs.

This is the top place I have been to. Years of migraines. Doctors claimed it was my eyes, but everyone I got glasses didnt seem to fix it. Dr. Martin and her teams worked hard to fix me up. I am in love with my glasses and migraine no longer happen.

I cant even begin to describe how above and beyond they have gone for me! They are outside of my insurance network so it costs a little more to go to them, but it is absolutely worth it!
