If you think Rio Grande area can be depressing... imagine a City with absolutely no health care or social services for the poor and destitute. I have been lucky enough to be a patient since 2012 and I dont know how the Employees do the magic they do. Hearts of gold. Guarantee they are the real Angels of Salt Lake. Take notice of the good work performed here, general practitioner services, Mental health care, pharmacy services and even a dentist! Some donate their services for free.... Says a lot. Quit over hiring Police officers and investing in expensive pensioners and invest in Social Services to help the poor not punish the destitute! Think they can pay a handed down fine? Taxing the penniless.. Gosh SLC Wake Up! Water the roots if you want to see your tree grow...... GO 4THst Clinic!

This is one of the best places ever. When I was homeless & I got sick I knew theres a place that I could go that they would help me, treat me with respect and treat me with kindness and not look down on me, not only did I get great Medical Care there I also got great Dental Care the staff is so wonderful and yes if you have a problem with homeless people youre not going to like to go there because thats what its for its to help people who are less fortunate like I was at one time, and if I ever get good amount of money its the first place I would donate to.

An excellent lost cost/no cost medical clinic and pharmacy. With a sliding scale fee structure that offers medical care and prescription drugs at a very affordable rate, or in many cases totally free. 4th Street Clinic has a very capable staff, offering very good care. Walk-ins are offered but with a very very long wait. Appointments are the best way to be seen, just be there at least 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment or you will most likely lose your appointment.

First time! :) i couldnt believe how amazing this place is. Very clean!! The doctor was very kind and helpful. I have kidney stones and a sinus infection. So i was able to get meds for both . Love the fact that they have a in house pharmacy. Got here at 8:30am out with my meds in hand by 11:30am. If you ever thought about a good place to donate money for a health clinic. Please donate to this place ! Fourth Street Health Clinic cares!! Thank you so much!! :)

When I was in a position of Need for Street Clinic provided me some of the best medical care that I have ever received the staff was kind polite and courteous and attentive to my needs I cant speak highly enough about the people who work here I brought my daughter in for an ear infection and not only did they give her a sack lunch they gave her mittens and a hat and a coat these people do literally do Gods work

The Fourth Street Clinic is a miracle for our community. This clinic truly helps those that have a hard time helping themselves and the people involved are saints. Salt Lake has the problems that any major city has and things get especially bad for the homeless in the winter. Fully awesome for homeless services.. The pharmacy is a little cranky, but the psych doctors and medical staff persons are very understanding and tolerant.. Id be Dead, without the services that have been provided free of charge, after being falsly institutionalized by Provo County Services. Thank You, 4th. st. Clinic!!!
