This dental institution has changed my life. If you are looking for the best of the best in advanced tooth care and cosmetic dentistry- look no further. Previously, I paid over $8,000 dollars for a Scottsdale dentist to place crowns and veneers on my front teeth. I wanted to look my best. After the procedure, my mouth was instantly sensitive to heat and cold (they said this was normal). I was not happy with the lab creations. They tried for 12 weeks to get the new teeth to fit properly in my mouth. Three years later, after not being able to drink anything with ice or super hot coffee, I looked for help. I read the reviews for Biltmore Dentistry. If you dreamed of, but dont believe in 5 star dentistry fairyland, this place will make you believe in the Lost City. Dr. Sadowski might be one of the kindest souls on earth. The only thing which competes with his heart are his professional skills and expert knowledge. This man knows what he is talking about. He took every effort to make sure I was comfortable, and he followed best practice principles even when I wanted the crowns + veneers ripped out of my mouth immediately. His X-rays showed the work I had previously paid for had given me advanced gum disease. Im only 34. The crowns placed did not completely cover my tooth. In essence, my teeth were exposed to all elements.There wasnt anyway I could clean them thoroughly enough with at home care. I could not reach far enough into the gum line. Only professional tools could. My treatments at Biltmore consisted of advanced dental cleaning, tooth modification, and finally picking out the most beautiful set of 8 front teeth initially I had always dreamed about. The lab is across the hallway and does a movie star job. I dont regret any penny I paid to save my mouth or for the cosmetology artistry they spent pain staking hours on... creating models and such prior to implementation. If I have done one thing right in the last 5 years; it is choosing this dentist. Their rates are more than comparable to any other dentist. The level of care and cosmetology you receive is worth 4 times the cost. I checked. My before and afters are unbelievable. Please check out my profile in the office. I encourage you. Dr. Sadowski should be on the front page of every dental magazine featuring "Lives of the Happy and Looking Fabulous" while my previous dentist should be on "Tooth or Consequences". He not only saved my mouth, but he gave me a mouth Catherine Zeta Jones would be proud of. On a side note, I will add I was not the happiest camper during the duration of my treatment. I do not like people in my mouth. Every staff member was compassionate even when there was no viable reason to be. I was grumpy after cleaning sessions resulting in more blood than Fight Club. However, I wont go anywhere else to get my teeth cleaned. The hygienists have a soft hand and will do what it takes to make you comfortable. It is a whole community of top team status. The office support makes you feel like you are checking into the Biltmore Hotel instead of a dentist establishment. In summation, I drive from Prescott. If I move to Florida, I will have to fly in to see this dentist and team. He will fight for you while seeing his highest personal achievement as your satisfaction.

I Recently became a Biltmore Commons Dental Patient, I had just come from another practice where I had 2 very bad experiences... It literally scared me... I basically lived w/ a temporary tooth for 5 months because I was so fearful of the Dentist. Knowing I would eventually have to cave in I researched and came to Biltmore commons Dental :) After reading some reviews I thought Id give them a try... Im so glad I did, They made sure I was comfortable from the time you walk in and get a warm or cold water ... your choice... to being able to listen to Christmas music in the Hot Az weather of 117degrees.... Dr. William Balestrino is a one of a Kind :) There is never a Dull moment :) He as well as the Staff always make sure your comfortable even while doing the procedure they make sure you are well numb and informative. I have come to trust all of them w/ my care by the 2nd appt. when I had to see the Hygienist I was sold... I never had a cleaning like that ever... she truly is the Dental Floss Queen :) OH THEY ALL HAVE GOOD SMELLING BREATH TOO!! Cause you know that is the worst to have to be in close Quarters with someone in your face who has BAD BREATH LOL!!!! So I hope I have gave you good information and a review that matters cause I have once been in your shoes and know the comments as a patient and even as a worker in the medical field myself help me learn more about the practice from people who have been there... :)

Dr. Todd Sadowski is a excellent dentist. He and his associates provide top-quality, professional dental care, including cosmetic dentistry, in an immaculate facility. His work standards are extremely high. I would characterize him as a perfectionist. For this and other reasons, I have a great deal of confidence in his work. It is a pleasure to go to his office. His office staff are consistently caring, knowledgable, and friendly. They are helpful in arranging appointments and service details. I have always felt that Dr. Sadowski personally cares about me... that he wants me to have a painless, stress-free experience in the office. To this end, I really appreciate the way he tells me what is going to happen/what to expect, prior to and during treatment. He asks how I am doing; am I comfortable? After a procedure, he calls to see if I am alright and to address concerns. I feel that he is readily available to answer my questions. It is important to me that Dr. Sadowski spends time explaining my treatment options. Following his evaluation, he goes over in detail what my dental choices are (including timing considerations) and gives the reasoning behind his recommendations. At the same time, I never have felt pressured to follow any particular recommendation. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Todd Sadowski and his associates to meet your dental needs.

Biltomre Commons Dental is truly a Family dental office. Every time I walk in the door I feel welcome and very comfortable but they also go over and beyond for me. Due to my job it is extremely difficult for me to schedule appointments so my hygienist, Jennifer Mihalka, will personally call me and let me know of same day openings so I can get in for me cleanings. There are several people from my office that go to her because of the personal care she provides She is an amazing individual that not only loves what she does but is extremely good at it. Dr Balsestrino is amazing both on a personal and professional level. I recently had a root canal done by him and the office was able to accommodate my schedule and get me in right away so he could relieve the pain. Not only did he do a fantastic job, I could feel his true concern. On several of my visits there I have had the opportunity to speak with the other staff members and they are all kind and caring every time. Their office is not close to me but I will make the drive from any distance to continue receiving the outstanding patient care that they provide. Thank you to everyone at Biltmore Commons Dental
