We had a great experience with Stanley, our 17 year old lab/beagle mix at the end stage of his life - the care and advice was right on. Philippa is very compassionate and super knowledgeable and though the clinic is always busy, she gives intentional quality time each time we visit. Winnie the 14 year old feral cat also loves Philippa, and we recently were able to bring here in on short notice without an appointment for a UTI, which Philippa diagnosed quickly with a urinalysis and then treated on the spot with antibiotics, which worked for Winnie. Even though Winnie doesnt like traveling to the vet, she was very calm and content while Philippa worked with her. Highly recommend.

The staff is indeed friendly, but I think the Vets are overly optimistic and do not want to tell you the truth about what is going on with your pet. They did not suggest a follow up visit for my dog who was becoming seriously ill. They also failed to mention how long their antibiotic shot would last and what to do if progress started becoming apparent. One week after we brought out dog there, she had multiple seizures out of nowhere and passed away. I am extremely upset and unsatisfied by the service this veterinary office offered my pet. I will never take my animals here again.

I appeared without an appointment with a very sick dog on morning recently. Emma was very courteous and Dr. Richards took her right in to be seen even though she had a surgery schedule to keep. I took two more animals in the following week and was very pleased with the interaction and decisiion-making with the other vet (whose name I failed to get). She was also professional and compassionate and I would recommend this group to my friends.

Ive got 2 dogs and 2 cats and was fortunate to have a neighbor who recommended this veterinary practice. Our pets have seen all of the vets and weve met the whole staff over the past 4 years and we are extremely pleased with their professionalism and positive, caring attitude. I drive 40 minutes to take my pets here specifically!

Best place I have ever taken my animals to. Theyre always friendly making you feel welcomed. I have brought my chickens and dogs in and they are wonderful at what they do, I wouldnt dream of a better place to bring my babies to. Wonderful people with excellent experience with humans and animals.
