Great service and staff. Just put my dog down last week. I have been going here for almost 20 years with different dogs Ive had. Was a little shocked after getting home and reviewing my bill when I put my dog down, I was charged $100 per x-ray and had 2 x-rays taken. I think $100 per x-ray is a little too much considering all the other charges we within reason.

I only went there once so far, but the vet was fantastic. My mastiff has chronic lime disease and my son is on the spectrum ,and we were both there. The vet could have charged me for premium medicine ,but he saw how important our dog is to our family and he reduced the charges significantly. A+ in my opinion.

I just started bringing my 6 month old dauschund to the West Springfield Animal Hospital and I am very impressed with the facility. The people are wonderful and truly love animals. I highly recommend this vet to anyone that loves their pet!
