Sure they are friendly to your face,but the walls are thin. You could here them cussing, and are very unprofessional. No one knows what they are doing. All the people in the treatment area are completely incompetent. My pets always come back bruised or have giant a giant hematoma where ever they tried to draw blood from. I only felt comfortable when the senior techs were there. Nancy,Ryan, Laura and Jessica. Jessica loved my dog Marley so much. Its the only time I felt like my animals were in good hands. Now there is not one person that I can see in the treatment area that actually knows what they are doing. They are literally learning on your pets! Trust me I learned this the hard way. The office manager is very,very rude and the only Dr. That is super friendly,understanding and very competent is Dr. Souza. The only reason I still go there is because the prices are fair, I am on a tight budget and they are close. But I promise you, they have receptionist literally trying to do blood draws and all kinds of technician work on your pets. Receptionist people!! Trying to go from front desk stuff to sticking sharp needles in your pets with NO official training. BE CAREFUL. I am literally so unhappy since the staff changed. And listen closely cause they are nice to your face but remember the walls are thin.Incompetent receptionist with no official training trying to do technician work. One day you see them in the front,next minute they are sticking your pet. Everyone I started with there that knew my pets left. Its terrible since the senior staffing left. Terrible.

I have taken my dog there since I first got him. Since my first visit I felt like they didnt take me serious and sort of judge me on that fact that he was purchased from a pet store. I have two beautiful doggies who mean the world to me and my family. Both my partner and I have seen almost all of their doctors on staff to treat my dog for different reasons. We have always had to take the dog for more then one visit to get him to feel better. The bills have been adding up tremendously and the poor dog dosent get better. When he is taken in they barely touch him and say he needs this and that and we walk out of there with a handful of drugs and things that dont seem to be helping him. This happens all the time we go there. I plan to never go there again unless it is like a dire emergency and in that case he will be going to another hospital.

We called East Side in a panick because our dog was sick. They took us within 24 hrs and were wonderful. The entire staff was so welcoming and professional. The office is very clean too. Dr Eric was so nice and caring. He was sensitive to our situation which made things more comfortable for us in making the hardest decisions. I would definitely come back to this office and I highly recommend them. Very, very caring place!

Every staff member is very compassionate, sympathetic and caring. All 4 vets are knowledgeable and in touch with each other and therefore making any appointment easy because you know they are well informed of each and every animal. We have been there for over 11 years now and never have they over charged or tried to give you anything that is unnecessary for your pet.

Very friendly staff!! My cat was a little nervous but they helped comfort her and made us feel welcomed. It was very easy, no long waits in and out. You can tell they genuinely care about all the pets and the prices are affordable. My cat was handed back to me purring and I highly recommend this clinic.

We have taken our dogs to East Side Vet for about 20 years. The staff are nothing short of positive, gentle, and show an overall genuine caring for our 4-legged family members. Our dogs just love Dr. Souza. She treats them as if they are her own and they surely sense it!

Great service! They squeezed my dog in on short notice without an emergency charge. Quickly identified my dogs symptoms as allergies and recommended an easy and cheap remedy. Couldnt be happier.

Nice, friendly vet. Recently renovated so the rooms are no longer broom closets with 3 ppl and a scared animal squeezed in. Now much nicer and efficient.
