They are nice enough to my dog. The prices are very expensive and they dont have great service. I called to ask a question about my dogs foot...She got a tiny boo boo on her foot pad. I just asked if I could put hydrogen peroxide on it and wrap it up. They told me they cant help me over the phone and I needed to bring her in. I then called Westfield animal clinic after they closed and left a message. They instantly called me back-after closing time-and told me what to do to her foot without an appointment. VCA is just money hungry and doesnt want to help good customer with a 2 second question unless they are charging you. Also, the prices at Westfield animal clinic are wayyy better. Vaccines are best priced at Dakin, but they dont have other vet services and they are kind of a pain to get your pet to. I HIGHLY recommend Westfield Animal Clinic

Always a very warm and welcome feeling environment until roughly 8 months or so ago .My boyfriend has been complaing about a women who is far from friendly at the Vets .And he says she is the only one that doesnt where a name tag.Well I just called for a ear check on my Chloe as she has an apt.on Saturday, Jill has got to be who he is referring to because she was very unpleasant to dael with! And thats saying it politely...

Friendly indeed but what bugged me and puzzled me is that they told me my dog came in with an injury. Hes perfectly fine going in and coming out. I was with my pup the whole time besides them cutting his nails. which i am thankful because its always a battle when im doing it. Dont tell me my dog is healthy and very well loved then call me and tell me he came in with an injury.

Always a pleasant experience bringing my dog here, and I feel that their prices are reasonable. Staff is always nice and accommodating, and eager to answer questions. I began bringing my dog here when he was 8 weeks old. He has undergone surgery here, as well as received his regular vaccines. My wife and I plan for him to be a regular patient for the long haul.

Mis diagnosed my cat with a uti when he actually had blockage from letting him go to the bathroom brought him over to southwick vca 3 weeks later cause he was bloated and they had to put him down wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this place ever their all about money and getting you in and out.

I went here for 20 years,brought sick cat in,had no record of me.Cat soon passed wasnt their fault.Went to rescue a cat from TJ OConnor ,would let us get a kitten ,no record of me caring for Milo.My kids were playing with cat we couldnt get,taking my money for 20years,now you dont know me.thx

I take my babys here, and they are very courteous. They explain what they have/are doing to your babys. I would definitely recommend.
