I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone who loves their pet. They refused to test stool sample or help my dog in need after he received 2 physicals & shots from Belmont location and the worst (out of many) excuses was that he is "not a real" client of theirs. My dog has been sick for 3 days and I was really worried about him and I couldnt afford the emergency vet until the end of week. Fortunately, I was referred to East Spfld Vet on Page Blvd by my boss and they were willing to see him immediately, no questions asked and took stool sample with no problems.

My first visit was amazing. My housemates cat "Gregory" had an upper respiratory infection and couldnt stop sneezing. Day later he was back to himself after antibiotics. The doctors and staff sincerely love animals and not just your $$. They really care. I cant stress it enough. I have since changed my vet to Second Chance. Just hope my old vet finds another way to afford her brand new Lexus every year. Yes, each and every year. So glad that I found Second chance! Love yas

I brought my dog Caesar to this like 3 weeks ago and there service and customer service from the Secretary, the nurse, the Doctor, and the rest of the staff was incredible. Today I called freaking out because Caesar is out of food but they did so good because I was panicking but they keep telling me just order it online then I calm down and realize panicking I was going to get nowhere. Abdolutely friendly and amazing staff!! I feel like im back again in old days where vets actually spend more than 2 minutes of their time to diagnose and get to know you and your pet! Very affordable place! They go by your income, just bring your last 2 paychecks! Good luck!

They say they are here to help people that cannot afford a regular vet etc., here for the animals. not the money. They LIE.. they are all about the money..I cannot have my cat seen because they seem to have doubled their prices in a year! Will never go there.. #Frauds
