What kind of Vet Clinic doesnt even do surgery?! So if your pet has an accident you are out of luck! I mean...really...what is the point in having a vet close to your home if they send you all the way to a remote office in New Haven in your moment of need?! And the vets there change like underwear. You will never see the same one twice! There is always a new doctor...just check their website...so you can never build any trust with anyone. And not to mention the anxiety I suffered at the hands of their long standing technical staff. The attitude is absolutely unbelievable! I was trembling the last time I left there. TREMBLING! And I have never even met Dr. Osorio ... kind of makes you wonder who is actually running the clinic anyway. Oye gevalt! I would never trust my pet with them again.

Dr. Osorio, Lisa, Erica, and the rest of his staff are wonderful! Theyve been treating my pets for over 20 years, and they care for them as if they were their own pets. Dr. Osorio is careful and patient with each pet, excellent at diagnosis, and takes the time to explain exactly what you need to know. He never rushes you. The staff at Vet Associates are equally as caring. The pets are handled gently, and with great skill and compassion. Questions are answered promptly and fully. Calls are returned quickly. Supplies and special orders are provided as if by magic. These people have never let me or my furry companions down, not once.

I have to say that Dr. Osario is an exceptionally caring vet. I did like the clinic MUCH better when it was smaller but I guess that the downfall of progress. Its very difficult to get Dr. Osario himself and though I would normally trust his judgement of other vets hed bring into his practice I was very put off when my 100lb fearless lab trembled and hid behind me when a female vet simply walked in the exam room. My pups intuition made me feel like I need to possibly look for another clinic for him if I cant consistently get in to see Dr. Osario.

I have always had top care from the attending staff to the Drs. We have been going to this Animal Hospital for over 40 years, but would have changed in a minute if I thought the care wasnt the very best. It is the best with a 24 hrs 7 days a week hospital as part of the group. Our Dr of choice is Dr Osorio... His knowledge, care and all around ability to care for our animals, (as well as addressing our needs and concerns) , over the many years is 2nd to None.

Our family pets have been treated by Dr. Osorio for over 20 years. We live in the Middletown area, and know other people in this area who travel all of the way to N. Branford for Dr. Osorios help in treating their pets. He and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. We wouldnt consider anyone else to treat our fur babies! Thank you Dr. O and staff!

Dr. Osorio and his staff are outstanding. If you are looking for someone that will take the best care of your pet, this is the place you would want to go. They truly care. Many of my friends now bring their pets here. More importantly the doctor knows his stuff. The place can be busy, but it is well worth it!

Only place both my rescue dogs feel comfortable. They both usually have issues with strangers touching them, but here they are calm and let the vet do her work without much trouble at all. Staff at front is also good about making sure your informed and are friendly.

Its almost impossible to explain how amazingly caring, compassionate and knowledgable Dr. Osorio, Dr. Albino, Dr. Clevenger and all the vet techs are. They are seriously amazing. I will never take my animals to another vet, and I recommend them to everyone I know.

I bring my dog here, and my parents brought their dogs here. They are always treated with the greatest kindness. Thats the most important thing. My dog is very happy to come here (or at least as happy as can be reasonaby expected to see the doctor)
