After 2 visits and over $600 the vet couldnt tell us why our dog was itching uncontrollably. We even had an allergy test done, which we were supposed to get results after 3 weeks. After 4.5 weeks i had to call, and the assistant/receptionist insisted it wasnt there until i had to ask multiple times for her to check. Not too my surprise the test was in and i Hadnt been contacted. The Vet was going to call us back to explain test results, but instead i received a call back from same receptionist/assistant who couldnt explain the results clearly, couldnt answer any of my questions, and had No knowledge of any other symptoms i had read on many doggy websites. I asked if they still couldnt help me after the tests and multiple visits, should i be taking my pets elsewhere? To which i received just silence , and i asked for the test results to be sent to me. Instead another 2 weeks later i received a typed letter in the mail saying they would no longer treat my pet because "my pets medical condition is something they could manage however i was not receptive to any changes they suggested to me". Clearly they had done nothing to manage my pets condition.

Horrible place. They were amazing at first until I wanted to think about what needed to be done. I could have at least slept on the decision. My kitten had an accident. I sunk over $300. 00 into surgery that did not help. I had to crate the poor baby, but she was suffering in horrible pain. I was then told that I had to put her down. After close to 3 weeks of this going on, and not to mention boarder fees etc, i felt like i should of been given at least the chance before I made my decision. She should have been put on more medication(aside from the ones they financially drained me from) I was treated horribly during a time of distress. I took good care of my kitten. She had an accident which was not my fault, and they agreed on that. This place is good for basic care, but they are very greedy financially. No empathy. I found another vet to put my kitten down at. That did not charge me an additional $100.

I cant say enough about this Clinic! The new vet Dr. Larochelle is AMAZING, she is compassionate, knowledgable and in love with every animal. She has a true passion for taking care of animals, Dr. Larochelle is willing to take the extra time to explain things and answer any questions. The Westfield animal clinic facility is updated and has tons of the newest products for your furry family and the employees understand what it is to be in love with your pets. Id recommend them to EVERYONE! Prices are great! The staff is great and the vet could not be better! Were so happy this is the place we bring our fur babies. Best veterianian weve ever been and weve been to a fair share in my 30 years of owning many pets. Great job Dr. Larochelle and staff thank you so much!

Weve moved several times across the Pioneer Valley, so weve had several vets, and by far, Dr. Larochelle is the best! She gets down on the floor to greet my dogs and is very calm and sweet with them. She talks to you about why she would like to do something, and always informs you about what is necessary and what isnt. The vet techs and staff are truly amazing. When we had to board our dogs for several days due to an emergency at our house, they were incredibly accommodating. Were so glad we chose them to take care of our pups!

This place is amazing. Everytime I go I have spent no where near as much as what I expected to! I even asked the receptionist to make sure all my charges were there because the bill was so unusually low compared to some other local area hospitals. Theyve gotten me in on very short notice (I am an established client) and have called to check up on my pet afterwards. Both my dogs love going here and leave happy and bellies full of treats!

I took my rescue dog there because she was showing signs of kennel cough. I was totally impressed with the way she was treated by the vet and her assistants. I took a very sick dog into the office and came home with a very different dog. I think she was also very happy with the treatment. I will be making Westfield Animal Clinic my choice for veterinary services.

I love this vet! Everyone in the office is wonderful! The entire staff is loving and caring twards your animal. I can not say enough about Dr. Larochelle. She is so down to earth, caring, loving, and wants the best for your pet. I have sent many friends here and everyone feels the same way about her. Fantastic place!!!

Dr Denise, is a pro. She takes her job seriously, and really cares about your pet having rearranged her a schedule a number of times to accommodate emergencies for me. She is also extremely affordable (no unnecessary testing, like so many other practices). I strongly recommend this practice.
