Have taken my elderly cat in twice. Once 6 mos ago when she was Very Sick. They were helpful, healing, and solicitous. Did all the tests and gave her meds. Then followed up the next day with a call to check. Recently I took her back because she seemed "off" and I was on the verge of traveling and leaving her in kitty day care. Again, very good, helpful, gentle help for an old, shy lady cat. Ran all tests (my choice) and everything came back good. I felt better knowing she is good, and they didnt try to push any extras on me.

My father took my dog there because she had a fever and was sluggish and not eating. The vet checked her teeth. Unfortunately, the vet, did not notice that two of her teeth were decayed, making it painful for her to eat. Weeks went by with the vet prescribing strong antibiotics and laxatives. My dogs health did not improve. She has lost eight pounds since under this veterinarians care. We took the dog to a different veterinarian, who immediately saw the tooth decay. This is just very sloppy, incompetent work.

I had a great experience at this vet office, as did my cat Aloe. Not only did they see me that day (told me to just come on by when I could) without an official appointment; they financially helped me out (was able to pay later). The vet was kind, and experienced, giving my cat the best care. I was given meds which took affect immediately (cat is feeling much better), and my cat was given an immune shot. The staff was kind, and understanding, and the vet fantastic.
