I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Petit Brook has provided such excellent care for my dogs that I feel its really worth it to share my experiences with their wonderful team. We usually see Dr. Mike Tanneberger, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is always willing to take his time and get a feel for the needs of each pet, which makes a huge difference to me because one of my dogs is very fearful and can be difficult to handle. As the other reviewers have mentioned, the team at Petit Brook is very thorough - I have often felt that other vets are simply hurrying through a "checklist" in their examinations, but Dr. Mike and his technicians truly pay attention, asking questions and really listening to my answers. He is also very good about explaining my options for treatment without pushing me in any direction. Many times the staff at Petit Brook has gone above and beyond, calling to follow up to ask how a pet was doing, remembering things I would have forgotten, and even spending time on the phone with me to answer questions that other vets would have required a visit for. I highly recommend the entire team at Petit Brook! :)

Millie is by far the best vet I have been to in my life. She always does a thorough examination, asks the right questions to make sure shes considering everything and is conservative in her treatments. She doesnt do any tests unless theyre really necessary (which saves me money since, lets be honest, if a vet suggests a test, most people will say "Do what you need to ensure we know whats happening so my animal will be ok"). Her staff is professional and knowledgeable - theyve saved me visits ($) by answering questions/concerns over the phone that many vets would have insisted on a visit to answer.

Best veterinarians I have ever had. You can tell they honestly care about your pet. Dr.Mike cared for my elderly cat for two years, always being gentle, asking lots of questions, and being very thorough with exams. Dr. Millie took amazing care of my kitten while she had leukemia. They are also wonderfully sensitive when it comes time to relieve pets of pain; both of my kitties needed to be euthanized and Dr. Mike and Dr. Millie helped me weigh the pros and cons and were supportive when it came time to make the hard decision. I will absolutely bring future pets to these guys.

I have been bringing my dog to Dr. Mike since she was a puppy. When I moved, there were plenty of vets in the area but I still choose to travel to bring Townes to Petit Brook because I dont believe she would receive such a great level of care anywhere else. Everybody at the office is friendly, caring, and accepting of my loud-mouthed hound! Dr. Mike is extremely thorough and has Towness best interests at heart. When we go to Petit Brook, I always receive a follow-up phone call to check on Townes. I couldnt ask for better care or more expertise!

Dr,Millie Armstrong and all the Veterinarians at Petit Brook have taken excellent care of all of my pets over the last 12 plus years. Thru routine exams, shots, surgeries and life threatening illness and Petit Brook has offered consistent compassionate care. They patiently answer questions , provide support and provide follow up care and calls to make sure my beloved critters are doing well. I highly recommend Petit Brook Veterinary Clinic !!

Wow! My fearful dog ate snacks out of Dr. Millies hand, and licked her! Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. They didnt push any unnecessary meds or procedures. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of everything. Im so glad I went there. I called my daughter on the way home, to tell her she needs to bring her animals to Petit Brook. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
