I have been bringing my 2 dogs and cats to this clinic for years; for surgeries, regular check-ups and vaccination, etc. The staff is very professional and always courteous. Dr. Gunther is an excellent vet in all aspects and unlike many other veterinarians, he understands what the owner goes through if his or her pet becomes ill or has to be put to sleep. Very affordable compared to other vets Ive been to, and nice staff. The doctor was very friendly and informative and I was glad that I only saw him and not a vet assistant first. I wish that my appointment didnt have to be scheduled more than a week from when I called, but its a small place so it must be busy. The checkup was $45 and shots were $18 each for my cat.

After moving to St.Albans we were looking for a new vet for our puppy. After going to Champlain Veterinary Clinic a few times I can honestly say they do a great job and are very friendly and caring. They price things at a level affordable to all pet owners and do an incredible job with your pets. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
