Never buy electronics from them. I feel as if cant stand behind a product you sell you shouldnt sell it.... And they only give you 15 days on electronics one day after you are just out of luck and have to go through the company. It is a shame . and they need to work on being polite. And mannerful... If it was not for shoppers where would you be.

Yes they are slow, but they have worked really hard for me to get my insurance to cover drugs that initially were denied under my plan, which is wonderful customer service, especially appreciated when youve just been released from the hospital and do not have the time or energy to fight the insurance co.

Slow. Very very slow. The workers move at a glacial pace. Took 3 calls and 15 minutes on hold to verify my rx was ready. Still took 15 minutes in line to pick up.
