My family saw both doctors and both were great. One of the receptionists is less than friendly. Both times she made us feel like we were taking up too much time. Today while I was back getting finishing up my exam my nearly 16 year old daughter had my younger children. One of them got hurt and cried for a few minutes. (Her toenal got ripped off.) I apologized for the noise and she let me know that it was quite honestly too much noise.(It was not that loud and she had gotten hurt.) I again apologized that she got hurt and made too much noise. She still seemed annoyed. The first time she seemed perturbed my child tried on nearly all the glasses. The rest of the staff is very sweet and smiley. The doctors were wonderful.

NOT ethical business, NOT transparent.... Where do I start? Will never go here again!!!!! I paid a $55 copay for an eye exam... Two months later I still owed $117 for the same EXAM -- NO glasses. Just $172 for an exam -- I went here for a professional experience -- Lesson learned - No more extorting businesses for me!!!!

Ive been going to Dr. Pegrams office for 6 years now and could not be happier. The staff is overly friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Pegram does a great job and pays attention to all of the details. They give you options on how best to fix your vision and help you weigh the pros and cons of each.
