I dont know why people are knocking the doctors office here or the store. Ive never had anything but top notch service and friendly greetings in both LensCrafters and the doctors office. They also have some of the most current technology for performing the eye exams available which I appreciate. Ive been a patient here for at least five years now and will continue coming here because of the service they provide. Its worth noting that I dont have vision insurance and pay out of pocket for their valued services. If you can get seen here without having to foot the entire bill, Id recommend it!

I went to LensCrafters for glasses and contacts on separate occasions. Front desk staff in the Dr. office were always snotty--gossiping, annoyed to help, didnt listen well, eating and drinking all over main counter, unfamiliar with insurance policies. Doctor was professional, but I was kinda conned into getting some extra eye exam that wasnt necessary & misled when I sampled a new contact lens and then had to pay for it. Sales floor people were always friendly, but the prices (even with insurance) were insane. I switched to another office ASAP!

I cant speak as much for the doctors office, as my visit there was very unremarkable. But as for the retail portion of the store, I have nothing but good things to say. Admittedly, they are sometimes busy. But otherwise I have always found the staff to be helpful on matters of both style and utility. I recently visited the store to have a missing screw replaced, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Ive been using this location for several years, and I have never had occasion to be disappointed.

Awful experience. The doctors office was very rude and unbelievably pushy. The optical center was tricky and awful. The manager of this store tried to sell us a protection plan that "completely covered" all accidents. After he charged my card then he began telling us about the copay for replacements. I only gave them a 1 because they wouldnt let me give a 0. I will not return here and I suggest you stay far away as well.

What a horrid office. Called to schedule an appointment, got in there and only then was I informed they didnt accept my insurance. Most major insurances accepted my ass. Dont even bother.
