I have always gone to get my eye checked at a more commercialized place but my insurance brought me here this time. Im mesmerized but the office space, but the great customer service and mainly by how incredible and superb Dr. Steiner was! What a friendly and down to earth Doctor! I have very bad eyes, with a prescription that is insane; my astigmatism is bad; yet, Dr. Steiner made it look like no big deal. Got my contacts on the spot and I truly couldnt be more happy with the visit! I 100% recommend this office and doctor!

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience at this office. I did feel rushed, and I also felt talked into buying expensive BioAffinity contacts, which are advertised all over the office. I thought that Dr. Steiner was more of a salesperson for that product than a doctor concerned about the patients needs. I did not trust him, and have found a new doctor whom I do trust.

Dr. Steiner is really nice. I have nothing but good experiences. My only complaint is that his DVD collection in the waiting area needs to be updated. Kung Fu Panda each time I visited, a year apart.
