They never answer their phones. Ive called 16 times this morning and no one answers if they are busy they could at least put you on hold but they dont even do that. They just ignore you. I went in the other day to get a refill of my prescription had an appointment at 9 15 I waited for an hour in the waiting room. Then an additional 45 minutes in the back. Where I could hear everyone laughing and talking but not coming in to see patients. Since I waited so long I didnt have time to go fill my prescription because I had to get to work. I go to walmart the next day to finally get my prescription and they tell me no ones called it in. So today I call all morning no one answers and now I have to drive all the way there again to tell them to send it in. Its ridiculous after this Im finding a new doctor. Dont even waste your time going here

I have visited innumerable health care providers for several reasons, including many urgent care/primary care offices, and this clinic is easily the worst. Dr. Roosevelt Dean was a great doctor as the one positive review noted. However, he is no longer practicing. The only word for the staff at this facility is incompetent. You have to harass them to get the simplest of information (such as what doctor I was referred to -- and even when they did give me that information, it was incorrect). When you call and press 2 for labs, it goes straight to voicemail and says, "if we have called you or it has been *seven business days* since your labs were taken," leave a message (emphasis mine). Seven -- business -- days? My wife is sick and needs answers. This is pathetic.

Dr. Roosevelt Dean is an excellent, compassionate Doctor for the entire family. He puts "Care" in this clinic, as he cares for his patients and the community in an extraordinary way. I highly recommend him for primary care, as well as, efficient walk- in care.

Dr Costa was excellent. But you can not get through on the phone lines. They like to put it on immediate hold when it rings... especially from 4:15p on then it goes to the closed message at 5p. Very dissappointed.

I received excellent, efficient, profiscient, and professional care here in a quick and timely manner. Definitely would love to go back if I ever have any more problems.
