I started going to VDS many years ago when my lifelong dentist retired. I have had nothing but positive experiences there. The staff are friendly, the office is efficient and even though they dont participate with my insurance they file for me then balance bill. Never for very much I must say. The dentists are thorough and patient and very good. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

On Saturday, Virginia Dental Solutions was able to see me upon short notice. A quick visit and cleaning by Terri had me well on my way to recovery. A day later, my pain has completely subsided after following the recommendations provided by the friendly and skilled dental team at VDS. Thank you all!

I have had multiple billing issues at this dentist. The dentists themselves are fine.. Perhaps good.. but I finally stopped going here because of screw ups where they would forget to bill my insurance company - one one occasion (albeit a while ago) it took like 3 months to resolve.
