Stay away from this place! I was told ANYTHING so that I would come in with my kid and have work done. When I arrived for my appointment, they had us down for the wrong procedure and the office manager actually tried to up sell amidst the confusion. Originally I made an appointment over the phone with what I thought was competent office staff member who quoted me benefits. In fact the office manager stated it was a teenager intern! Are you for real?!! You have a teenager misleading patients! The office manager wasnt bothered by it ( this evidently was not the first time they had mislead customers to get them in the door ) Consequently, we were told certain procedures would be covered through insurance when in fact NONE of it was. Whats worse is the office managers glib attitude. This business evidently thinks its ok to have teenagers play office at the customers expense... STAY AWAY FROM HERE! There are so many other dental offices where adults answer and guide you through benefits and procedure questions we all have before determining our choice for our family to get professional care. Adventure Dental, smmgghh, yeah that was an adventure Ill never go back to again.
