This is by far the best experience I have had at the dentist. Dr. To is truly amazing. I had a complete transformation with my smile. After experiencing this, there is no better dentist. My initial examination was thorough. Dr. To discussed with me my entire situation and plan of attack to getting my mouth healthy. This man made sure I understood every word. We scheduled out about four appoints over the course of the month. As I was walking to the front, to actually schedule the darn thing, he tells the receptionist that before I left I need to know exactly what my insurance covered, and what was going to be the cost for me. I left there with a complete understanding of everything, procedures and insurance. That made me feel amazing and confident. After experiencing a deep cleaning, three fillings, a teeth whitening and will have a crown put in. I can proudly tell you Dr. To is amazing. He offers an extremely personalized dental experience. A dentist that actually talks to you and gets to know you. If you need dental care please take your business to Chantilly Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Permanently damaged my teeth - ended up losing a tooth and having jaw surgery due to Dr Tos errors. I went in for a teeth cleaning with all of my teeth intact and no pain. Dr To convinced me that I needed to let him replace an old silver filling in one of my teeth even though it wasnt bothering me. While he was replacing the filling he drilled too deep and exposed the pulp / nerve. He said I now needed a crown. So he shaved my tooth down to fit a crown. I ended up with a painful infection and needed a root canal by an endodontist. During the root canal my tooth irreparably cracked because Dr To had hollowed it out too much (for the filling) and then shaved it down too much (for the crown). He damaged the structural integrity of my tooth beyond repair and it cracked. I had to have urgent oral surgery to have the tooth removed. A month later I had to have jaw surgery because my jaw shifted and the bone popped through my gums due to the lost tooth. My jaw is still healing 6 months later. All of this due to Dr Tos errors and the permanent damage he caused. This has been 6 months of chronic pain. I would proceed with caution if Dr. To recommends a procedure to you. Maybe get a second opinion somewhere else first.

My husband and I have been patients at Chantilly Family & Cosmetic Dentistry for a few years now. I am quite pleased with our care there. Dr. To has always been professional while still maintaining a friendly relationship with our family. He makes sure we are comfortable with the treatments being given, and also that we understand everything. I also really appreciate that he and his assistants take the time to ask about myself and my family. Dr. To offers flexible scheduling with weekend availability and this has been a huge convenience for me. For the first time in my adult life- I actually look forward to going to the dentist! Im a 65 year-old male who was referred to Dr. To by my internist (Dr. Gonzales). He is the best dentist I have had in all my years of dental treatment. Dr. To listens, never recommends any unnecessary treatment, and explains every step of any treatment done. His work is superb and Ive never had any problems. Especially important, I have never had any pain during his treatment which has included fillings and crowns. Also, his office is very calming, he is a very pleasant and personable clinician (as is his entire dental staff), and his fees are very reasonable. A very pleasant experience; the office is inviting, the staff extremely qualified, very warm and welcoming, they helped me figure out if my insurance would cover my treatment when I called them for the first time (other dentist offices told me that I needed to call my insurance and find out myself) and the appointments were always on time. No waiting around. Dr. To is efficient and clear in his explanations of treatments. I highly recommend this practice.

I absolutely love this place! Jennifer who answers the phones is the sweetest! The doctor is very good, very gentle, very smart has helped my mouth tremendously! They are just very caring and affordable! And NEVER any pain!! My 8 year old son actually llike going to the dentist!!
