Ive been to Chantilly Dental Center four times in the past two and a half weeks and let me first say I gave them their fair chance. What they did well was upon calling the first time they could get me in that same day which was important because of how much pain I was in. Unfortunately, that visit was a nightmare. They pulled a wisdom tooth that was not causing me pain, the dentist lied about how he was going to extract it (he did EXACTLY what he told me he would not do). This doctor also had the absolute worst bedside manner, and I mean BAD. He made me feel so nervous I almost asked them to stop the procedure twice. This visit ended they gave me MINIMAL pain relievers that didnt help and refused to refill once the 5 day bottle was out. My next 2 visits were just more of the same brisk visits with bad bedside manner. This last visit for a root canal has me furious though. My first visit we got an assessment of what all needed to be done and together formed a plan on the order that was best to take care of things. Today the root canal doctor was a new guy but is on staff and had a copy of my plan because its attached to my file he was going over with me at first. He ends up doing a root canal on the last tooth on my list instead of the first because he thought it would be better. Thats great, but he never discussed this with me. Now on one side of my mouth I have to recover from both my wisdom teeth being pulled within the week. On the other side of my mouth (that was my good eating side) I have an extremely sore molar that still needs a crown so I cant eat anything hard on that side now either. The doctor also FAILED to tell me that id be on a soft diet until I got the crown which minimum time is a week and a half. Moral of this story is theyre rude, lack communication and bedside manner, and they caused me A LOT OF PAIN AND SUFFERING that is completely unnecessary . Im already in the process of taking my business elsewhere

I have been a patient of Chantilly Dental for years. Dr. Diem Nguyen is one of the finest Dentists Ive ever met. She explains all actions for treatment, develops a plan of action for treatment and treats me with the utmost respect. I believe Dr. Nguyen has a tremendous amount of integrity and creates and atmosphere of comfort. I am also exceedingly impressed with her desire to maintain an environment with state of the art dental equipment and procedures which assists me to better understand procedures and process. I appreciate the sense of inclusion which is what is important for patient care. She also works diligently with her team to maintain a professional environment. I would highly recommend Chantilly Dental Center for all members of YOUR family. You will be so happy you with this team if youre looking for a change. I love the staff too! I had recently moved to the Chantilly area from New York, and I knew that I was overdues due for a dental check-up. Like everyone in the world, I can say that without question, going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do. And unfortunately, for the past year the dentist hasnt really been on the top of my list of things to do. One of my co-workers recommended Chantilly Dental Center to me because of the fact that they are a Family dental office. After doing my research and checking reviews, I decided to give them a try. Dr. Vu was the Dentist who took care of me. He was definitely one of the best dentists Ive had in a long time. He was easy-going, knowledgeable, and a real people-person. The facility is clean and all of the equipment appears to be state of the art. They have computer monitors in every suite, so youre able to see your dental x-rays with the Dentist. He was able to quickly point-out all of the teeth that needed attention. It was really a great experience, I plan on having additional work done over the Spring. I would highly recommend their practice.

My Invisalign from here didnt work for my treatments. They dont even explain to us how it works. Plus, the every treatment is very old style. DONT TRUST THEM! If you have an overbite, Invisalign is NOT GOING TO WORK! We moved to Los Angeles a few months ago. We visited a lot of doctors in LA, they ALL told us the treatments are really old style, and I have to start all over again! I got the new "braces" 2 weeks ago. I still have 19 pairs of Invisalign left, so my mom emailed them to return these Invisalign and to get a refund. The doctor never replied to her! So I called the office to talk about this, but the reception lady, she got really mad and she told me the new doctor in here trying to charge me! I couldnt get my money back! Even a part of the refund! I lost one year because of this Invisalign. Dr.Mendes, Dr.Nguyen, Im talking about YOU!!! I dont even want a give a one star. Give me back my money and time!!!

I got a root canal and an extraction done. The dentist and nurses were nice but I never received any type of after care or anything they just sent me off. I had to call and ask about aftercare TWO days after my procedure was done. Also, one of the nurses obviously didnt take her job too serious because she was so nonchalant and was chatty patty about cutting the stitch in my month that she cut it too short and the dentist had to do it again. I also requested for my teeth to be filed and according to the manager they didnt have enough time to do that and I had to wait until the next time to get to done. Which is a way to get me to come back. I am really debating on going back because of the lack of common courtesy and professionalism.

The services are sub-par, the staff is incompetent AND on top of all that they charge your insurance twice for one service with secret added fees that were not originally part of the payment for the service. Check your insurance bill if you have gone here!

The worst customer service . First they said they dont have my name on the system when they clearly did after 15 mins of searching in the system . They had apparently shifted my appointment on other day . I will never come back .
