I never got to meet Dr Bowman. I had a 9:00am appointment. This morning I sat in her waiting room for 2 hours. Reception phoned and advised me to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork. After signing in at 8:40, I waited 30 minutes before I asked and was handed the paperwork, which took 5 minutes to finish. I proceeded to watch 2 full episodes of Greys Anatomy, a show I enjoy but perhaps not so much of the blood, surgeries and death right before my own personal exam. There were 4 or 5 office staff that would glance at me once in a while but no mention of her running behind or how much longer when I asked. Finally when the 2nd episode of Greys finished I inquired as to why I hadnt been seen or if I was up next. Shrugs from the front office staff. In summation, I was never seen, apologized to, explained to, and with Dr Bowman having only average reviews on Health Grades, I decided she wasnt a good fit for me and took my leave. My advice...go to a doctor that values your time as much as you value theirs.
