I have been seeing Dr Josephs for years and have never waited more than 10-15 minutes! But if ever I had to wait I can understand, its an OB/GYN office. Babies come when they want to and the Providers have to go when they are needed. So just as they are there for those patients, I would want them to be there for me when I need them. How quickly people forget. I say this because I believe I was in the waiting room when Ms V. Came into the office. The staff was friendly and respectful when they reminded her of the 10 minute late policy and the fact that she was over 15 minutes late and would need to reschedule because now she was into the next patients appointment time. She kept saying her baby was crying so she couldnt leave home and thats why she was late and they just didnt understand. One lady told her "yes maam I do understand I have children" and that seemed to make her mad because she started yelling screw this place! Im never coming back here! Screw you! Screw this place! She left and slammed door... it was all a little crazy. I went in to see the Dr, and ended up getting to see a show too, so I guess my day was made. Thank you Advanced Care for Women! You may have lost 1 patient (no big loss) but you have gained so many more (because I tell all my friends how wonderful you are) and they are respectful of your time and appreciate all the hard work you put in to make sure your patients are taken care of. ❤️

I cant think of any words to describe how grateful I am for having Dr Josephs take care of me from being in the hospital with my ectopic pregnancy and up until now with helping me be able to have a successful pregnancy. I feel 100% taken care of with him and he makes me feel comfortable and cared for when I go for my appointments. I recommend this place to everyone! Very professional, clean, warm and every member of staff I have spoken to has been kind and caring and sympathetic. Their communication with me since day 1 has been great and they always call me with results when they say they will, instead of making me chase them to find out. Getting appointments is super easy and you dont have to wait forever to be seen. I will always go here for any problems I have. Thank you so much to everyone there, especially Dr. Josephs. Youre awesome!!

If you want a preterm loss this is the practice to visit. The support staff is awful. They do not return calls when you call the physician with issues, and they will not see you with issues unless you push to be brought in. Then you will receive letters certified from the staff that you are harrassing them and being abusive. Im sorry, but if you cant help me anymore than that I want everyone to know to run the other direction!! I do NOT want any other family to feel the pain and hurt our family has suffered!! You deserve good Heath care for yourself and your babies health!! Please think twice about this practice!! My mission is not finished to put the word out about the issues Ive faced, but once Ive healed from my loss you bet Ill do all I can!!

Amy was ok. Much more med pushing than I expected but over all the apt was fine. They asked me to leave a copy of my blood work at the office for them to copy. Their machine was broken. So I did. When I went to pick it back up I was given photo copies of the scans. They shredded my paperwork! Never called me. Never told me that would happen. Those papers were my original copies from embracing health. I spoke to the office manager and I got "there seems to have been a miscommunication". No. There was no communication! Thats the problem! I will never go back.

Dr. Joseph is awesome. I came to his practocr at 7 months. He explains thoroughly, he loves for his patients to ask question and has a strong faith base. He is straightforward. The Spots labor and delivery team is great. Amy the mid wofe was also helpful. She wad tge first eoman ob that didnt not hurt me while checking my vaginia area. awesome too. I had a natural birth. My delivery lasted about 3 hours. Awesome team.

Dr. Josephs delivered our baby who was found to be breach at 38 weeks. He accepted my case at 39 weeks and performed my CS mid 40th week. I CANNOT say enough good things about him. He did a great job and has an amazing bedside manner. And our daughter is perfect! Thanks for rescuing us Dr. Josephs!

They make you wait 45 mins to one hour but if you are late 10mins they reschedule you even though you have newborn baby they dont understand.they are really not understanding. I wish I have never gone here and keep seeing my old doctor. Very unfamiliar staff.

I overheard nurses and the doctor talking about me it was very unprofessional you shouldnt be talking about patients anyway but defentily not loud enough to where they can hear you inside of a room next time wait until a patient leaves to talk about them

Love love love Dr Josephs!!!! He was awesome very very kind and he also caught my early preeclampsia signs and delivered my daughter before any harm came to her. I would recommend him to anyone!!!
