My experience with Dr. Deal was a horrible experience that I would not want anyone to ever have to be apart of. Dr. Deal referred me to take my daughter to a neurologist as I did, the results came back & they were normal. However my daughter is still suffering from headaches so I called in to see what is next for Dr. Deal to help my daughter with her headaches. Of course the nurse calls me back while that conversation wasnt going anywhere I than ask to speak to Dr. Deal being that she was there while I was talking to the nurse you would have thought she would have told the nurse to let her take the call. When I first seen Dr. Deal I told her my family history of allergies however she disregarded everything I assume because now she is wanting me to go to an allergist however while she is still suffering from her headaches my question to her is what can I do for her as my 7 year old is suffering. Dr. Deal was not understanding anything I was saying & that is because as I was talkin she would talk when she spoke I was quiet the conversation ended as the call was lost as it could have been on my end being I was on my cell phone. I dont know if she was going to do her job as she tells me another medicine to give my child. I love Pediatric Associates however if you go there dont see Dr. Deal she will not help you only give you the run around wheras your child will continue to SUFFER!!!!

Office is old, and dirty. Every air register is covered in dust. Waiting room chairs are rickety. They do not use electronic charting. Atmosphere breathes "cheap." On 2 occasions, a dr. has hurt my childs ear. Once they punctured his already infected eardrum (reasonable) and also trying to clean wax out of his ear, a dr. cut my kids ear internally. She did not tell me although it was obvious when I got home and the blood was crusted in his ear. Went in with kid having fevers, no one (dr. or nurse) took a temp. I had to request the temp after dr. was finished with exam. We have called them on the phone describing a situation that was not life-threatening asking to be seen less than an hour before closing, only to be coldly told by dr. "Take him to emergency room." When examining the problems with American healthcare, look no further than Pediatric Associates PC. Have not been to St. Francis office, been told it is much better. Same people?

Everything that was said in the review May 26, 2009 and the front desk people were just terrible. I take my granddaughter so that her mom and dad dont have to leave work but when I get to the desk they want to tell me about a bill that has not even come due and has not been billed. I explain Im grandma and I will pay the co-pay and she should speak to my daughter about anything else. But they insist on talking to me even bringing the person that works in the billing office to talk to me. What part of you need to speak with my daughter that they dont get? This has happened on three occasions in three weeks, so this doesnt say much about the doctors either if I have to continually take her back because shes still sick. Front desk people TAKE A CLASS!!!! Doctors BECOME VETERINARIANS because you should not treat children. Heres an idea CLOSE THAT OFFICE.

Our family has been going to this practice since my son was 3 he is now 9. We now have a 4 year old daughter and both children see Dr.s Archuletta and ONeil. We also use the nurse practitioner in cases of minor allergies and sniffles. The staff has never been unpleasant. We frequent the Hioaks office, which was renovated about 2 years ago. The office also has a new computer system that sends prescription info directly to our pharmacy (no more writing and waiting). Perhaps these other reviewers managed to come on a bad day, but we have NEVER experienced any problems while visiting. I have recommended three of my friends to the practice and they too are pleased with the service.

My son is 18 now, but he have been going here since his he was in the 9th grade. My son has breathing issues and I am a single parent, I had issues with late arrival for appointments at another doctor office so they refused to see my son on one of his worse days. I called Pediatric Associates P.C. they saw him as a new patient the same day and my son still sees them today. They schedule his appointments around the times he come home from college. I love this group of health providers. Most important my son loves them!!
